Well the sign says Hudson's Treasure, but I haven't discovered any digging through the shelves. We have passed this place for many years on our travels across 3 states to see family. I have always said, I want to stop and go in, but usually when we hit Meridian it's either a gas or meal stop and we haven't wanted to use travel time to check it out. With that said, the last two times we have stopped there.......but at my wife's insistence. It really reminds me of a TJ Maxx store here where we live in Alabama. I love a good close-out store, but I'm not a big clothes shopper, so rummaging through racks and racks of clothes isn't a fun shopping experience for me, though my bride always enjoys it. Which is fine with me as long as there are plenty of either "man" things to look through or plenty of toys for me and my girls to find our own treasure in while "momma" finds bargains on the hangers. Anyway, this store, though it did have a good amount of larger items, usually not found in close-out stores, just didn't have a lot of guy things or toys, so I got bored pretty quick.......hey, I'm a man (LOL) I would guess that it's stock changes frequently and we will likely stretch our legs in here again on our travels to see. I didn't see a lot of "help" around the store, but there were several at the check out registers to keep the lines from getting too long...yes, my wife bought something. I did think the store was much neater than next door at the Dirt Cheap!! There was plenty of parking, though for an out of towner getting to it took paying attention. Lighting when we left (if was dark by then) wasn't that great out in the parking lot or from it.
