Mr Gary, I had hoped to write a good review for you after reading the negative ones, but you have failed me too. I do not think your receptionist is frustrated from her personal life but more from your inability to communicate your schedule with her which creates this chaos and dissatisfied customers. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment. I was told you would be in this morning and I should get a call to let me know what time you would be here. Now it is 11 am and I just called your receptionist and she said you haven't made it in this morning????? Now that I have taken a day off from work because you said you would be here today I am scrambling to find a different repair man to come. Business tip: Be up front and honest about your schedule, if you do not have time for me, tell me and I will assume you are a very good and busy man and try you next time. Instead, I am not going to call you next time or reccomend you to any of my friends.

When we moved here from California, our washing machine was broken by the moving company. I contacted Gary's (checked in the phone book - had no internet yet or knew nobody to ask advice on local repair professionals). After waiting an ENTIRE week for an appointment (I called every single day and got to speak with the rude receptionist who kept promising me he would be out the next day), I called everyone else in the phone book. When I called to cancel with Gary's the receptionist didn't even care when I told her I couldn't wait any longer (I really was starting to wonder if she had written down my name/request at all). Kelly's Appliance was at my house the next day.

I have used this company prior and have had no complaints. Very pleased.....So, I call back as repeat business I agree the customer service could definately be better, however overall I would say the same about all of the places I have called to inquire about my washing machine.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, unless you don't need your appliance repaired for a month. It's been 3 and a half weeks since my oven broke, and I won't have anyone out to repair it until later this week. The receptionist is rude, the repairman wouldn't return my calls for over a week, and now that he's finally seen my stove he had to order a part which will take another week to get in. Microwave dinners and take out have gotten really old, believe me.

Owner I am sorry to read that you were dissatisfied with my service. I stay extremely busy and try to take care of all my customers. My priorities in service are refrigerators, washers and dryers. My usual response time is within three days on any appliance. If you had a dispute with the response time it was most likely due to the fact that there was an issue about the warranty, distance or servicing after another service company. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for them to come and fix my oven. My home warranty company contracted with them, so I have no alternative. I can't get them to return my calls in regards to scheduling, and the 4 times I have spoken to the receptionist she has been rude with me. I have had to eat take out or microwave dinners for 2 weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Owner I am very sorry to read that you were disappointed with my business. I stay extremely busy and try to take care of all of my customers. Unfortunately my receptionist is a single mother of three children and might have let her personal frustrations interfere with business. I have been in appliance repair for 35 years and take pride in the work that I do. As far as your home warranty company I have had no contract with any home warranty company, only Whirlpool, GE and Frigidaire. Again, I am sorry for any inconvenience.

I called this business recently to inquire about a broken freezer. Their customer service was not good. The woman I spoke with was short with me, unfriendly and acted like they did not need my business. I like to support local businesses, but this is one that won't get my support and I would never reccommend anyone use them.
