    I despise this Arbys. I dont know if it is a management problem or what, but their quality and service is horrible. Once I got a combo there and drove all the way home to find it had NO MEAT in it! I then called tried to call the store for half an hour and the line was busy! Next, I called the Are you satisfied? 1-800 number on the bag and got Arbys customer service. I told them what happened and they said they would take care of it. Two weeks later, I get a card in the mail for a free combo, only it was EXPIRED and they had put another date stamp on it off to the side of the original! I could not believe it. I recently went there again because it was late at night and not much else was open. The fries tasted like they were cooked about an hour too long and were flavorless. I will never go back there again.

    PROS: Normally Arby's has good food
    CONS: Management problems or something
