You have to make a $150 deposit to reserve you wedding date and that does not count towards your balance. Was not coordinated well. Details as to where you go stand, when do you enter, what vows you want to say are all discussed the day of. I was not pleased and would not recommend. Can be rented for other functions besides weddings. Also has office space for rent, newly refurbished. No longer do wedding cakes on site but still a prime venue for your wedding needs.
