Wonderful service from Dr. Whittle, but horrible service from the staff since his move from the Columbus branch to West Point. Knowing that information is delayed through his staff, I am sorry to say that I am changing OBGYN's. Wouldn't you, if you were pregnant and called concerned about heavy bleeding and pelvic cramps (in first trimester) and they wouldn's set-up an appointment for you? The secretary said she would have a nurse call me...I waited till 5 o'clock and still no call. Did I seek another's docotrs advice that day? Yes, because I had a feeling that I would never receive that phone call. The choice is yours, but this was not my only problem with the Clinic.

With my first pregnancy I went to the Starkville Clinic. BIG MISTAKE! The nurses and receptionists were rude and incompetant. The doctors were too rushed to give you any time to asked questions. It always seemed like you were intruding on their time. When I found out that I was pregnant with my second child, I dreaded going back to the Starkville Clinic. I had heard about West Point's Clinic, so I decided to try it out. At the Women's Group, it was a COMPLETE turn around! The nurses are extremely outgoing. My doctor always makes sure that I don't have any questions before she leaves. The entire office is upbeat about everything! I feel like I am welcome there, and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!

I really like the womens group in West Point. The clinic is very nice and the staff is great. My OB is very caring and seems genuinley concerned about his patients.
This clinic accepts Medicaid as well as other insurance.
The only thing is they will not allow children in the exam rooms, so your children cannot participate in that part of the pregnancy and you have to find a baby sitter for each visit.
