When I called to make the appointment I advised that my breaks were squeeling, I stated that I thought it was the front but I wasn't sure, please check it out. When I got my car the breaks were still making noise. I went back in and was informed they "fixed" the front breaks. I said it was still making the same noise, I hadn't asked them to fix the front breaks, I asked them to make it stop squeeling. After paying for the front breaks, they told me I can bring the car back in and they'd fix the rear breaks. I had to come in the next day and they did my rear breaks, which I was also charged for. Later that day I parked my car and used the emergency break in a crowded parking lot, my car started rolling backwards, my daughter risked herself to catch it before hitting another car. The emergency break worked fine when I took it in and it is part of the rear break system. The man at the counter was rude and told me I'd have to pay to get it fixed. All I wanted was an apology, my e break fixed and maybe a partial refund since they "fixed" something that didn't need it. Now I am angry because they are refusing to take responsibility for their mistake.
