So far my experience with them has been less than "professional". We gave $500 deposit to "hold" a rental we applied for and haven't heard a thing since. We've called numerous times and still have yet to get a single straight answer on when the apartment will be ready, if the other tenants have moved out, or when we will know any of those answers. Each time we call a different person answers and gives a new excuse, not to mention that they are extremely rude to someone who just gave them $500. VERY unhappy with them and will probably ask for a refund. So Dear OWNER, this is probably the reason you have such horrible tenants. You drive the good tenants away.

Also- a very good friend was resently told to "shut the f*** up" by Don when the toilet ring broke and the apartment flooded. Apparently the plumber said it wasn't the first time something like that happened in the apartment. They tried to make HER pay the bill

My name is Jim Welzenbach and I am the owner of Professinal Management Inc. I am responding to the person who wrote in regarding the notice they were given to vacate. The law allows landlords to give tenants a 30 day notice to terminate the contract as well as the tenant a 30 day notice to the landlord. I am equally confused when I go into a place and it is filthy, the doors have holes in them, there are holes in the ceiling, the yard is full of dog crap - - and these people say - why do we have to move. Why give them a reason they are just going to fight and not agree with. Its better to just ask them to move. If I would have said to these people, you have totally abused this house I want you out, would they have felt better. When they indicate the gentleman in my company would not give them satisfactory answers, its because he could not give them anwers they would accept. 90% of tenants are good. I wish I knw how to respond to to those that give tenants a bad name. The sad part to this is - they are out there just abusing the next home they move in.

PMI has been really good to my friends and i. it is tough to find house hat are nice and affordable but PMI got us into an affordable house. they made it easier as a college student to be able to find house without hassel. thank you PMI!

My husband and I have them manage a few of our homes in Montana. The rates are not bad 5% the first year then 10% after. However if your rental needs any repairs WOW do they over charge. I usually deal with Don but they are all friendly. The screen tenants good though. Never had problems with the tenants they have gotten in our three rentals.
