I was quite pleased with Elegant Nails. I had my young niece with me and decided to treat her to getting her nails polished. I had passed by Elegant Nails on several occasions and decided to try them out. They were great with my niece - very easy to find too. Would go back for a fill for myself.

I had never been here before, but since it was close to my work, I thought I'd give it a shot during my lunch hour. The woman who greeted me was rude and angry looking- like she hated being there. I was one of the only people there when I arrived, but as I had my pedicure, more and more people started showing up. Instead of the workers telling the new arrivals that they were busy, they promised to accomodate everyone. This meant that each nail person hopped from customer to customer, leaving some people soaking in the water for 40 minutes or more! My pedicure ended up being one long wait. It was the longest "pedicure" of my life-- it took more than 1.5 hours! It was also expensive- $40. I won't go back.

Pros: Nice pedicure chairs, salt scrub, parafin wax

Cons: Price, attitude, long wait
