Starting seeing Gail 2 years ago after being told by my physician that I had fibromyalgia. Turns out the doctor was wrong but that diagnosis led me to Russo Massage Therapy and I have not looked back since! I have treatments every 2 weeks and I promise you it is money well spent. Gail has helped me tremendously. She is so caring and takes her profession very seriously. It is obvious how much she enjoys helping her clients feel better. The extent of her knowledge is very impressive. I highly recommend Gail to anyone who is considering body work for whatever reason.

I started seeing Gail after my boyfriend bought me a package of three much-needed massages for Christmas (thanks to her many positive reviews here on CitySearch!). I spend most of the day stressing about everything from money to the weather, much to the detriment of my back and even my health. Gail knows exactly how to target and relieve my many trigger points, and has a ton of advice on how to make the pain stay away once it's gone. She is supremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her profession, which she takes very seriously. On top of that, she is marvelously funny and a wonderful conversationalist; I always look forward to passing the hour with a good gab. I would recommend her services to absolutely anyone!

Gail has been treating my hip pain and sciatica and I have never felt better. The sciatica is almost gone and I feel much improved from before I came to Russo Massage. Gail is very professional. What I really admire besides pain relief is Gail's passion for educating you on how you can help to relieve the pain by doing some homework - through some stretching and exercises which she will give you. I am so delighted with my physical well-being.

I work at home and sit a lot, my low back and neck usually kills me. As a result of going to Gail at Russo Massage Therapy, I have now learned that massage is the way to go to relieve my sitting pains. I have learned that my low back pain is coming from my hips and sitting all day. I have also rearranged my desk set up as Gail reviewed my ergonomics with me. Now, between getting more massage on a regular basis and having made some adjustments to my desk and computer, I am feeling much better and not so exhausted at the end of the day. When you see Gail, she brings so much added value to your visit. I am so happy I chose her as my massage therapist. She really knows what she's talking about and her massage is excellent.

My pain is gone and now under control as a result of seeing Gail on a very regular basis for over six months now. If you treat your body properly as if it were a fine car, you will see the positive effects of frequent massage. I have been religious about having therapeutic/medical massage by Gail steadily now for many months. She had advised me that with my job stress level, it would be an important step for me to receive regular bodywork. I put a stake in the ground and committed to monthy massage. I have had no knots, no triggers points, and I haven't even been ill. I strongly recommend frequent massage at Russo Massage Therapy to rid yourself of body aches and pain.

My shoulder and arm were killing me from pain. I hadn't slept in days, I was so uncomfortable. My doctor couldn't seem to help me, so I decided to try massage therapy. I went to Russo Massage for medical massage help. Gail discovered trigger points in my shoulder and in parts of my arm. After one visit, I was able to sleep that night with less pain and I was able to move my shoulder and arm easily. I will continue to have more massage treatments with Gail to keep my pain away and the trigger points from getting worse. She also recommended some ergonomic changes to help me use my body better. I look forward to each one of my sessions.

I have been searching for a massage therapist who could help me with my pain. I have never experienced a massage session like the one I had by Gail Russo. I went with aches and pains and came away feeling really good and I also learned alot from Gail. She can pinpoint the reason for your pain and works with you to resolve it. She also educates you in the process. No one ever explained to me what they were doing and why. Through a series of sessions that I have now completed, she has relieved my pain and has taught me how to be more aware of my posture which pretty much caused my situation. If you really want to feel better, longer - then see Gail. She takes pride in her work and you can tell she is dedicated to massage.

Gail's medical massage techniques helped relieve and losen my frozen shoulder, which I have had for over a year. Before I chose to see Gail, I could only raise my right arm about 10 inches from my body. I chose Russo Massage Therapy because of their medical massage approach to improving my condition. Gail's work helped immediately. After only a few treatments, I can now raise my arm almost over my head and I will continue to receive treatments until my arm is completely loose. I am completely satisfied and looking forward to having free use of my arm.

I started seeing Gail in July after I had been to an orthopedic surgeon who said there was nothing wrong with me. My right arm, shoulder and neck hadn't felt right in years. Through Gail's treatment plan and her medical massage, my problems are resolved. I have never felt better. I feel balanced on both sides and no longer have pain in my neck. Gail is great at identifying the root cause and then working it out. I feel so good and now understand the power of medical massage therapy - it really works. I will continue to maintain my wellness thought frequent massage at Russo Massage Therapy.

Since I have been seeing Gail regulary for these past several months, the pain in my shoulders, back, and neck has subsided significantly. My knots stay away, I have no more trigger point pain. My posture is better. I even feel taller! Everything is under control. I can't imagine not having regular massage now or ever. I want to maintain how good I feel through monthly massage.

I have had a lot of massage in the past, but never received pain-relieving massage. Gail's therapeutic massage work really gets to the root of the pain - she has a keen sense for assessing your problems and relieving your pain. I really see the difference in her style vs. going to a spa. If you have real pain, then you will want to go see Gail and Russo Massage.

Gail really knows how to get to my chronic pain and relieve it. I feel so good afterwards. My pain is gone. Since I have been seeing Gail at Russo Massage, I have never felt better. She keeps my knots out and keeps my muscles feeling really good. Her office is friendly, confortable and unpretentious. She enjoys giving bodywork and relieving pain. I would not go anywhere else for pain relief. Ask her about healthcare company discounts.

Gail does a super job of relieving my neck and shoulder pain. I always feel very relaxed and loose after my massage. She will work with you and your pain and always makes me feel really good. Gail's office is very pleasant and peaceful and her prices are the best in Cary for the high quality of her work.

I just want to say that I was a little fearful of getting a massage for the first time and after making an appointment with Russo Massage Therapy, Gail made me feel comfortable about getting a professional massage. She explains everything in detail, and makes it a goal to understand your needs before performing her services. Massage Therapy is about healing. I now know that each part of your body has trigger points that are used to heal your pain.

I truly believe that natural therapy such as massage therapy is the best way to stay healthy and relaxed in our Everday, Stressful lives. I have never felt better physically. Regular massages is not a luxury for me, It is a necessity to maintain good health & well being. If you are in constant back pain, or have tension, I would highly recommend Russo Massage Therapy of Cary.
