Yext.comI have gone here for many years. Have always received excellent service and would disagree with negative comments posted about this business. Doctor's are caring and staff works hard to make sue all of your needs are met. Very friendly customer service and staff is very accomodating.

The staff sucks!!! The General Manager has no business ethics and is definitely RUDE!! The Nurses dont know what they are doing!! When I brought my pet in for services I believe it was a man who just looked so lost sitting there and the nurse looked like she was on something (really on something). The other nurses one was very nice and the other was very outgoing. Then the Dr. came in and she was ok but was not very informative at all, kind of like she had better things to do. I went to another clinic and was very pleased

The staff at Sardis Animal Clinic could use some sensitivy training. I have been using Sardis Animal Clinic for several years. On three different occasions when I would take my pet(s) there, either the vet wasn't in or they were "booked" and their overall attitude was not friendly or caring.
One of my cat's became ill over the weekend. Early Monday morning I took him in. I described the issue that I was having with my cat. Once again, I received no service. I explained that I needed the vet to see my pet because he couldn't walk. The girl at the desk shouted over the loud speaker for someone else to come up front...she walked off. The next person came out and looked at me like I had two heads, with that rude...condescending can I help you tone. I said, I need to see the vet because my pet has been sick all weekend and he can't walk. She frowns, we're all booked up...the vet's not here and I don't know what time...you can drop him off, but...
I told her, I'm not DROPPING off my sick pet and walked out. I took my pet to another vet just up the street and I couldn't have been happier. I now have a vet that has a concerned and very pleasant staff...why hadn't I done this earlier?

My family sent our family dog here for boarding and grooming and we never had a bad experience. It was always easy to get here in for boarding and the staff was very nice
