Alltel So, when I ask why I should pay more in the store instead of going on line and ordering his response is "to cover the cost of employees and service". Yeah right, I knew more about their plans and products before walking into the store than the service rep. What a joke. Their people are rude, unhelpful, and just downright mean to the customers. Not to mention the unbelievably high charges they throw on top of your bill that they fail to mention before you sign the contract.
