So, when I ask why I should pay more in the store instead of going on line and ordering his response is "to cover the cost of employees and service". Yeah right, I knew more about their plans and products before walking into the store than the service rep. What a joke. Alltel would be better off just shuting these places down and saving theirselves some overhead.

I cannot stress enough - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Their people are rude, unhelpful, and just downright mean to the customers. Not to mention the unbelievably high charges they throw on top of your bill that they fail to mention before you sign the contract. And when you call their customer service line for the entire company, their customer service reps aren't any better.
