I had an unknown problem with corrosion on one of my wheels, which caused some shaking, and Discount Tire fixed the problem, made sure the tire was safe, and didn't charge me extra. I had been told by Chapel Hill Tire that I probably needed my rear struts replaced ($600+) but now my car is riding smoothly after Discount Tire helped me out. They could have gotten more money out of me by selling me a new tire I didn't need but instead I feel their ultimate goal is not a commission on a sale but customer service.
