The woman who helped me appeared to know nothing about their products - not the name of any of the greenery displayed in their cooler, not the names of some of the flowers I asked about, no suggestions about what to put together for a unique arrangement. All she could do was show me FTD catalogue photos. With the help of their &quot;designer&quot; (and I use that term loosely!), we settled on a simple white carnation and seeded eucalyptus arrangement. On the day of the event, my stepmother and daughter went to pick them up. What they came home with looked like something a child picked out of the backyard and stuck in water! Some of the carnations' stems were too long, so they were actually falling out of the small fishbowls they were in. The flowers looked &quot;manhandled,&quot; instead of fresh. When I called to complain, they simply said, &quot;have a nice day&quot; and hung up!
