Didn't like the way I was treated in my dealings with Raleigh Hitch.\n\nI initially called the store several weeks ago to inquire about a hitch and bike rack. The owner said he was with a customer but would call me right back. He never did.\n\nFinally I decided to simply go the store to look at the hitches and racks in person. I did this on a Friday and set up appointment to have one installed the following Monday.\n\nWhen the owner called to confirm my appointment, he didn't remember what I wanted or that I'd even stopped by the previous business day until I reminded him. They seemed very disorganized, which didn't give me a sense of confidence in them and it gave me an uneasy feeling about dealing with them.\n\nWhen I went for my appointment, the owner asked me if I remembered the price he quoted me, which made me question if I was really getting a fair price because on my initial visit, he told me he sold the hitch and rack at a SET combo price. If it's a SET PRICE then why did he need to ask ME what the price is?\n\nFinally, he tells me, ""I'm going to write down a price, and if you don't like it you can just go on down the road."" As a customer, I didn't really appreciate this tone, but I did go ahead purchase the hitch and rack since I was already there, but my experience with Raleigh Hitch was less than pleasant.\n\nWould not recommend or do business with again.

Raleigh Hitch got my moving plans back on track... \r\nAfter reserving a trailer from a moving company, and requesting a hitch install on my SUV. I was contacted the day of my reservation to inform me they (the moving company) could not install the necessary hitch. I found Raleigh Hitch and called to be greeted by Delmar. I let him know the importance of my move and my timeline. Delmar immediately located and ordered the hitch for my SUV. Called me back to let me know it was ordered and it would be in the following day. As promised, I recieved a phone call the very next morning letting me know the part was in. I had my truck in Raleigh and everything was ready to go in a total of 24 hours from my first call.\r\n\r\nDelmar was extremely imformative, friendly, and made all the necessary arrangements to keep my moving plans on schedule. The hitch and wiring was explained to me in detail. There was no suprises! This is a CLASS ACT company!\r\n\r\nThank you Raleigh Hitch!\r\n\r\n\r\n
