The Islamic Center of Raleigh is a place of worship for all muslims. We have a large prayer hall, gymnasium with basketball court, a small cafeteria. You can join us for the five obligatory daily prayers and attend daily activities held after Maghrib prayers or Isha prayers. Friday prayers are held in four shifts and there are Friday night activities after Maghrib prayers. Sunday school and fulltime Islamic school share the premises.
The Islamic Center of Raleigh is a big Masjid with many Muslims of different nationalities. There is always something going on here. I try to visit here at least once a month. They have a full court basketball gym inside for the children to play, restaurant inside, (with the best Chicken platters) a full time Islamic School (up to 8th grade), Arabic classes weekly and so much more.
