Best Sunday Dinner Buffet, period! When Idon't cook at home, I go here. Fresh veggies, fresh desserts--and a real treat--FRESH CHICKEN--not frozen. This place is fabulous. \r

My husband and I recently relocated to North Carolina. This restaurant came recommended. We called in an order to be picked up. I ordered the "Catch of the Day", Tuna. It was supposed to grilled with lemon and butter. It was completely tasteless and so overcooked that it was inedible. My husband ordered the shrimp and scallops Norfolk. They were overcooked and rubbery. I called to speak to a manager, and one was not available. The young woman who answered the telephone told me that someone else ordered the tuna and did not complain. Yes. She actually said that to me. I explained that perhaps their tuna was not cooked until dry and tasteless. She also said, (get this...) they were known for their steaks. As if that would suddenly make my over-priced, inedible meal better. IT DIDN'T!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THE FOOD IS BAD AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE!

Lots of food and lots of taste. I love their salad bar. It is so big I often don't have room for the meal. Their filet mignon are wonderful. Make sure you save room for their wonderful cheesecake!

I really love their marrinated chicken sandwich. So juicy and tender. Their salad bar could be a little bit bigger and they price for the salad bar is a little high but most meals you get the salad bar free. All in all a great family resturant.

Clarksville Station has been a favorite of mine for a while. They have an excellent menu of dinners to choose from! They also have a huge selection of cheesecakes to choose from for dessert. You have to try the double chocolate cheesecake!! Great atmosphere and excellent food!!

I enjoyed a weekday lunch at Clarksville Station on a recent vacation day. I ordered a grilled cheese and a side salad, and my boyfriend ordered another kind of sandwich and the salad bar. Although this restaurant is known for its steaks, I enjoyed the sandwich and salad as a vegetarian, and my boyfriend especially enjoyed the salad bar.

The service was also very good. At the end of the meal, we asked our server for suggestions on what to see in Roxboro, and she gave us wonderful advice in checking out the Person County Museum of History.

I enjoyed the restaurant's decor, which was quaint and well done. There were a number of old pictures and things on the walls around the restaurant, and a statue of a Native American in the corner. (It reminded me a little of the one on the set of "Cheers.") The women's restroom was called the "Necessary Room for Ladies."

The outside of the restaurant has a train station feel as well, along with signs and other attachments on the main building, and a side building or two as well.

The food that we ordered seemed fairly priced, and the parking was ample and convenient.

It was a fun visit, and I would recommend it to others.

Clarksville Station is a very interesting place to go eat. The restaurant is actually made of train cars and it is very cute. They have a nice salad bar and the food is very good. They are open for lunch and dinner and they have a children's menu that is very nice. They make a homemade cheesecake that will make you think you're in heaven. My personal favorite is their prime rib. It is mouth wateringly good, but only available on Friday and Saturday night.
