This Kinko's is across the street from NCSU. While that is a great location for students, it does not allow for an abundance of parking. The staff is usually pretty quick to help customers, with either self-service items or print shop items.
Having used them for both Fedex and copying services, I would recommend this branch to everyone.
PROS: Quick turn around, good customer service
CONS: Small parking area

I called FedEx to transfer my deliver. I had started doing it online. The Representative said it was transferred and that the new location would CALL ME when it arrived. (Hillsborough street location) Then online it said "transfer denied" and that it would be shipped to my house at 10am. Never arrived. Never called. I called this location and they said it wasn't there! But it WAS THERE!!
Online it was shown that the transfer went through and then after 5 days it was sent back to the main place due to a "delivery exception".
The last time I had a package, the Door Tracking numbers they gave me never even tracked the package!
I've had nothing but trouble from FedEx, and this location certainly didn't do IT'S JOB in letting me know it was received. FAIL!
