Thee worst place I have ever had to deal with. The management is rude. They don't care about you as a tenant. My stove glass door exploded with glass all over my kitchen and living room floor and they asked me if they could wait to come by to take care of it! When they did, they didn't clean the glass thoroughly, and all they did was change the door, leaving glass in my stove! My fridge broke so they turned it all the way up and broke the knob, now my fridge has no knob as well as other issues with it falling apart. I had gas leaking in my apartment and had to insist on them sending someone out from the gas company and they eventually did, and there was indeed a leak. My storage closet and balcony is so infested with ants I have to through out my belongings and can't sit on it. Every time I talk to the management woman, she stares at me blankly then makes cruel, bias, snide remarks. I would never ever ever stay here again, and trying my best to steer everyone I know away. The pool is hardly ever cleaned, and closed randomly. The gym is a joke. It floods around the mailboxes, don't check your mail when it rains. There is construction equipment everywhere so you can't park in those spots. Poop everywhere. The walk ways to go upstairs look like bug exhibits. I am completely disgusted that I signed a lease here. I only had to because I needed to move in a rush for a job. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking.

I do NOT recommend Edinborough Commons. My boyfriend had a one bedroom apartment there for a year and is now moving in with me. His rent was around $680 - that's the flat rate...they DON'T include water in your rent as most apartments

I currently just moved in here april of 2010 the space of apartments for the size is decent but the bussiness practices of the leasing office can be negative...they are not consistant with property policies... they will tow vehicles without even knowing there is a tow zone no assigned parking, they will do anything to get money and fees from you without letting you know in advance they claim they dont do rent increases but will charge you for services such as valet trash when in your lease aggreement and special its was free so i would be careful and check other aprartments first before settling here.

It's a tough call with this property. I've lived here awhile, and it really is quite well kept for an older property. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful - a nice alternative to so many of the newer communities where it's tough to find any kind of greenery outside at all. The only problem is that because it's an older property - there aren't as many bells and whistles to be found, and sometimes that attracts a less than desirable crowd. The fitness room is full of older equipment, and there isn't a business center like you would find in newer communities. It's not uncommon to find kids running or skateboarding all around. In the past couple years, there have been instances of car break ins and peeping tom incidents. Overall it's a nice place - but it would nice if the application process could be a little more stringent.
