I love this store because it's old and old fashioned. They have many radio flyer items and a few rows of old fashioned toys. As a hardware store they offer just about anything you could possilby want from wrenches to seeds. They sell local products as well. Always super nice to me and my kids.
With gas prices soaring like they are, think twice about looking for hardware supplies in another town. For a small family-owned business, I am always able to find the household tool I need there and the prices are comparable to chain (ugh!) stores. Plus it's authentic...old building, wood floors, staff asking if they can help you find what you need. You feel as if you have traveled back in time, unpretentious. Also, I like the "other" stuff they carry, such as kitchen supplies, kids toys, T-shirts, local books and memorabilia. You'll find yourself leaving with more than a screwdriver!
