I usually take my vehicle here for oil changes and minor repair work. They have been servicing my cars for about 8 years and I have been fairly happy with their service. I always receive a diagnostic with each service, with suggestions of what other maintenance needs to be done, but without them being pushy. Anytime you are not satisfied, they are glad to address your concerns and fix accordingly. I can drop my car off before hours and it is ready by the time I'm off from work.
I had the worst customer service ever. I had my thermostat replaced. My heat still did not work when I left. They tried to tell me I needed to get my radiator flushed and cleaned and that it was full of water. I just had a new radiator installed this past June. They took off the radiator cap to show me it was water, and all I could smell and see was antifreeze. They lied. They also conveniently forgot to deduct a coupon for a oil change. I went to Good Year Tire garage and had them look at my truck. They said the thermostat was bad and wasn't put in correctly. I had to pay them $190.00 on top of the $120.00 I spent at Precision. At least they fixed my truck. I then went back to Precision Tune and showed them the thermostat which they installed. They said the best that they can do is give me a $30.00 credit, after spending $120.00 and it not being fixed. I contacted there corporate office which was supposed to contact the district supervisor and would call me right back. Surprise, surprise, they never called me back!! This shows what poor customer service they offer to a repeat loyal customer. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know how badly I was treated there.
I should have known better than to drive all the way to Precision Tune Auto Care before reading other reviews, all of which are NOT GOOD.
I thought I would give them a chance since I had 2 coupons to use. They spend all these marketing dollars trying to get people in, well I was there and walked right back out!
They wanted to charge me 60.00 for an oil change when it costs 30.00 elsewhere and then wanted to charge me 69.99 for a cabin air filter. WHAT?! So basically, the 2 coupons I took in {1 for an oil change at 16.99 and 1 for A/C inspection} where obsolete.
The customer service was poor as he did nothing to keep me in the shop.
My husband instructed me to walk out immediately!
Cons: Pricing is Through the Roof!
