Rising Sun Pools & Spas

Rising Sun replaced our vinyl liner. They came a day late and hadn't coordinated with the water delivery company which showed up on time a day early. They did a horrid job with the new liner. There are obnoxious lines between the panels of the liner in addition to several areas where the seam is rolling back. (Our previous liner didn't have these) I was horrified when we turned on the lights. There were boot impressions all over the shallow end which we paid them to re-level?? In addition there are a couple of wrinkles in the deep end which dirt settles and it has to be manually cleaned. (Brush doesn't work to clean it.) This WAS a good company to deal with, those years are long gone.

My sister recently had a new spa installed. Since we had had one installed last year - we recommended the person we used - but she went with Rising Sun Pools and Spas. We decided to keep close tabs on the installation to make sure things went well. The installers we were prompt and very courteous. The total installment took 4 days - which with it raining - was very impressive. Once completely installed - we checked it out quite closely and were very impressed. I hate to admit it - but I think hers is better than ours ... but please don't tell her I said that! In fact - I think she saved a few hundred more than we did as well.
