The nicest thing I can say about Rising Sun is that they suck!! My mother has used them since 1981 when they installed our family swimming pool. This March the cover blew off her pool and revealed that the pool was empty. Obviously there was a leak. She called Rising Sun and got them to come out. Like the reviewer before me, they came late and didn't coordinate with the water folks. The pool has continued to leak since March and my mother has called continuously and asked for them to come fix it. If they come at all, they don't do anything and say they can't find the leak. My mother has 12 pages of information where she has called Rising Sun and the times they have come out. She last spoke to them on 8/11/08 and told them that continuously filling the pool was running her well dry and she wanted this fixed. The man in the service department told her to get a new well. These people used to be great to deal with but when the owner died a few years ago, things have gone down hill. Whatever you do, don't use this business.

My sister recently had a new spa installed. Since we had had one installed last year - we recommended the person we used - but she went with Rising Sun Pools and Spas. We decided to keep close tabs on the installation to make sure things went well. The installers we were prompt and very courteous. The total installment took 4 days - which with it raining - was very impressive. Once completely installed - we checked it out quite closely and were very impressed. I hate to admit it - but I think hers is better than ours ... but please don't tell her I said that! In fact - I think she saved a few hundred more than we did as well.
