They have really good deals. They have wonderful sales and I like to go there. I go to the store and buy alot of memeory cards and different stuffs. They are wondeful as far as how the store is set up. And they are helpful in fineing what you need in the store. They are nice cashiers and the staff that works on the floor.I would recommend that people go to this store and shop. I think that they would like it if they went there and shopped.

I love Best Buy and I think overall they have a great selection and good prices. I went there recently to look at tv and media furniture - a stand for my bedroom. For how expensive they are... one hundred to three hundred dollars, the quality just doesn't seem that great. The display models were kind of wobbly. I bought one, so we'll see how it holds up.

I like going here to look at appliances, tvs, and video games. They have a good selection of items here, but I find that they are a bit more expensive than Lowes or Sears. I typically dont buy a lot from here because I know I can get a better deal elsewhere and the store gets pretty crowded sometimes. The salespeople are helpful but are sometimes hard to locate due to the large size of the store and the number of customers in it.
PROS: Nice selection, great displays
CONS: Pricey, sometimes crowded

My husband and I shop at Best Buy a lot. More than we should. However, it wasn't so long again I wouldn't step foot into one of their store. No matter how good the price.
We purchased a camcorder many years ago from the Best Buy in the University Area if Charlotte, NC. After having the camera in the shop over 6 times, we decided to file the Lemon Law as allowed per the extended warranty we had purchased at the time the camera was bought.
After many phone calls and lots of headaches, we were told the camera had not been sent out of the store enough for repairs to fall under the lemon law. Although we had receipts from every visit showing outside work, this was not good enough. It seems one of the customer repairs gentlemen decided to note on his receipt he did not send it out but did an in store cleaning
No one cared about what the receipts we had stated. It was all about what they thought I called the buyer, distant office and home office. I ever called Sony, who agreed with me the camera needed to be replaced.
Not a thing was done about it. No one cares!!
PROS: Great prices
CONS: Poor Customer Service on repairs...

Having few options I returned to Best Buy after more than one bad experience. My computer crashed so I went there for a replacement. I spent close to an hour comparing different computers before deciding on a cute DELL on sale at $399.00. The sales rep says they are sold out... and getting no more in. I can understand a sales paper, but why have something displayed days after it's sold out the rep said. So I settled on a computer that was expensive and not what I wanted that will be going back tomorrow. Also I aksed twice about the warranty and still didn't get a clear pirce or what it covered. I will defintely not shop here again.
