Quality and attention to detail is superb. They often charge a bit more than expected, but rest assured the work is done correctly as if it were their car.

Quality work and top-notch customer service

Customer Service seems hard to find these days. For nearly 20 years I've been doing business with Cary Car Care, and I can honestly say that neither my wife nor I have ever regretted choosing them to work on our cars. They've always taken the time to explain problems and when possible a couple of ways to deal with them. They understand that money is tight for everyone. Not a single time in nearly 20 years have I felt like I'd been taken advantage of. My wife would agree as well. Cary Car Care has a great staff of highly trained, certified mechanics. You'll see their pictures in the lobby. This company is made up of a great bunch of guys that do great work at a fair price. I trust them and have for years. No one like car problems but if you have to have work done, might as well go to someone that will prove they're the best. Bob B.

Best car service around......

My husband & I have been having our cars serviced at Cary Car Care for almost 20 years. We have always received excellent auto service, prompt scheduling, and the very best customer service! Even with scheduling our college students 5 hours away!! The owners are geniune, good people that are always upfront and honest. Always thorough & professional services!!

Great customer service and quality work

I have been going to Cary Car Care for several years and it's like visiting good friends when I have one of three different cars serviced. They are the best----super friendly on the phone and in person. Always have provided quality work and it's done on time. When I have an urgent need, they do their best to respond right then. Just recently I had the oil changed on an auto and was advised that I needed a hose for the air return---I panicked as I needed to leave town the next day with this auto and within two hours, they had the hose delivered and installed! I truly trust these folks to keep me as safe as possible with reliable autos and have never been disappointed. I recommend them to everyone. Paul, Paul, Byron, BJ and the whole group are great!!!.

Bad quote, work was fine, I suppose.

Make sure to get a repair quote IN WRITING. My husband just had a new battery installed in his car. He called and asked how much a battery plus installation was, and was given a quote. I heard this converstaion. he clearly asked about installation. Deciding that they had the best price by about $30 (it's an expensive battery for his car), he called back to make an appointment. When calling back, he double checked his info (again, I he said "battery plus the installation"). They confirmed the price they had given him. When he went to pick up his car, it was about $50 more than his "quote." They claimed he only asked about the cost of the battery, not the installation. They were unwilling to do anything about it, nor did they really seem to care. He could have paid less at the dealership, and been given a loaner car while they did the work. We'll be going elsewhere for my brakes.
