The gentlemen at Hailey's are always polite, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They stand by their workmanship and I trust them with the big jobs and small jobs. They don't "find" problems to fix and pad the bill. They have always treated me right and I highly recommend them to any Volvo owner in the Triad.

If you have ever had the experience of taking your Volvo to the dealership to be serviced or fixed you will DEFINITELY find the folks at Hailey Import Service to be a breath of fresh air! They are honest, hard working and most importantly, they have the customer's satisfaction at the top of their list.
I recommend Hailey's to everyone I know that owns a Volvo and they have all been very happy with the service and quality of work.

I have been to Hailey's a couple of times. They are a little (not much and not always) cheaper than the Volvo dealership service. This time, I went in and had one of the standard services as specified in the service manual. After I returned home, the car started making a terrible noise. To thier credit, Hailey's was very nice about it and towed the car back to the shop the next day (it was after hours by this time). They took responsibility for the part partially falling off and fixed it. However, they had my car the whole second day - from 8:30 till 2:30, and all they had to say when I walked up there to pick it up was "Sorry for the inconvenience". I don't think it is demanding to expect a complimentary wash, or 10% off my next service, or something to make ammends for me being out of a car the whole day due to a bad repair job. To note - the dealership always washes it , and always gives me a free loaner car. I am going back to the dealership!

Honesty and integrity are critical in our business. Mary Peacock was here 3 times, got a 105,000 mile major service with a timing belt, a 7500 mile service and an oil change. At the local dealership these visits would have cost $1,400. She spent only $756 here. So much for “not much and not always”. Despite 2 post service test drives, the day after her last visit she called to say her car had started to make an odd noise. In an overabundance of caution we had her car towed in, arriving here at 10:23AM. We found a 1/4” wide plastic tab on a cover had become dislodged, causing the noise. We worked through lunch to recheck the entire 4.5 hour long procedure we had done the previous day. No parts were broken or damaged. We called her at 2 PM to apologize and tell her the car was ready. We offered to send a car for her but she declined. Unlike many other shops, we didn’t make up some “muffler bearings” lie or excuse to charge extra. We owned it and apologized. But, as the old expression goes, no good deed goes unpunished. 4 months AFTER she left our shop with the words "Don't worry about it, people make mistakes, I completely understand" she is still making new posts complaining about not getting offered something extra. I guess hard work, value and honesty weren’t enough...You be the judge. Fortunately for us – most folks are very happy with us. We see about 3500 service encounters a year and in the last 15 years only 2 negative post, both anonymous and neither would take or return our follow-up calls or messages. While that is a 99.996 % success rate we strive for perfection and get better every day.

Their customer service is great! My problems were explained to me in a way I could understand, which helps when you don't know much about cars! After picking up my car they even followed up with me to be sure I was happy and my car was still experiencing no problems. I will definetly be bringing my car back to them.
