Refund ripoff

I've purchased a 50 pack Sony CD-R for $30 from the store on my Visa card. Two days later I've returned it unopen w/ticket for refund.

Now I'm looking at my refund online from my bank. It shows
only $23.58. I've talked to them on the phone & I was told that it shows that I got full refund of my purchase price.

I'll have to stop by & talk to the store manager. Nobody answers the phone.

Nothing special

The salespeople are your usual pimpled teenage boys and overbearing computer service people. I usually ask a bunch of questions about computers just to see what kind of answers I get, and their salespeople are mostly competent, but sometimes pretty bad.

Best buy, but not best customer service..

My husband and I have purchased a lot of computers/parts over the years. We always some to end up at Best Buy. They really do have teh Best Buys in town on CD's, Computers and more.

However, the instore repair is bad. They do not train them as well as they shoudl be trained. Everytime I have had to deal with them, I have had to take it back for a second repair.

Store I love! Service repirs I hate!!

PROS: Store I love!! Great priced and good selection!!
CONS: IN store repirs is the pits!!!

Whenever I am in need for electronics, I head to Best Buy. They carry everything from DVDs to Big Screen TVs. You can also find computers and car radios.
