I've been going to Sam's for many years and have always bees satisfied with their service. Until this week, when I took my car for a wash. As soon as I left, I noticed something wrong on the trim of my dash. They were three damaged areas. I returned 10 minutes later and spoke to the manager. After some discussion he informed me that they did not do this damage and had videos that showed nothing out of the order. I returned and looked at the videos myself and there was no view from that side of the car on any part of the video. I have called the owner 2 times and asked him to return my calls, but he has not. Bottom line: They did $195 worth of damage to my car and the only thing they have said was "Have a good day!" BEWARE!

My name is Jason and I'm the manager of Sam’s Car Wash and I just wanted to add the damage this customer is claiming is three melted spots on his passenger side dash area that could have only been caused by (1) a cigarette or (2) something hot enough to melt plastic. I personally walked the customer through the entire wash process to show him that nothing could have touched his dash that would ever be hot enough to melt plastic. As far as the camera views he discussed we had a clear shot of the process that took place and nothing entered his vehicle to cause this damage. Beforehand upon inspection of this customer’s vehicle I noticed an ashtray on each side of his vehicle and concluded that he may have had someone in his vehicle the night before and it was dark so he did not notice the marks until the next day after his vehicle was washed. In conclusion if by chance something out of the ordinary takes place I will take responsibility for it and repair damages as needed, but in this case this damage occurred elsewhere and we can't be held responsible for it.

We've been getting our vehicles cleaned there for years now when we're in town and have not had any problems or complaints. We took our car just last week and the guys there did an excellent job of vacuuming and detailing out the car. The people there are super friendly and super fast and the prices are very reasonable. I do recommend Sam's Car Wash to anyone who needs a quick, affordable wash.

I have always had a good experience when visiting Sam's Car Wash. Everyone is very polite,friendly, and helpful. They have always done a good job and they pay attention to detail. They even clean all the door jambs and mirror backs.
