Due Amici Pizza

We moved to Charlotte just over 3 years ago and was told by a new co-worker that this was the place for pizza. Coming from NY, I guess you can call me a pizza snob. This place is like being back in Brooklyn, without the attitude. The antipasto salad and any pizza they have created will satisfy anyone. There is no other place for pizza now in Charlotte for my money. Go, enjoy and you'll be extermely glad you went.

They have great pizza and for those who aren't in the mood for pizza, the other Italian dishes are also excellent. I have never had a bad meal here. Highly recommended.

By FAR the best pizza place in all of Charlotte. Coming from NY, we have high standards for our pizza, and nobody in the area does it better. The owners are fabulous, the service is great, and the Caprese slice is a little piece of heaven!

Growing up in NJ, I am thrilled with Due Amici and their pizza. I have always been very happy with the pizza and was delighted to find they did garlic as a topping (must be a northern thing!) My only complaints is that they are not open on Sundays and don't deliver, but it is worth it to pick it up versus what you get from delivery places.

My favorite NY style pizza place in the area. You can order by the slice or a whole pie, which is great when everyone wants something different on their pie. Great place to stop in for lunch and don't forget your Italian Ice on the way out.

Great pizza and friendly staff. The owner comes to know "the regulars" and really makes you feel welcome. Small seating area and can get very busy during lunch and on Friday nights.
