My mother wanted some Bare Essentuals make-up and balance day spa was the only place we could get it locally. So, I ran her over and stayed out in the car waiting, and waiting, and waiting. She finally came bounding out of the building with a whole new look. Since this was her first purchase, they asked if she wanted to try it first and did her entire face. She looked wonderful, she acted like a kid and she took me in with her and they did mine too. The lady was so sweet and I loved every minute of it. This is a great place and we didn't even try any of the special things they do!

I got my nails done here and I went with a bunch of friends who each got something different done--we tried to make it a girls' day and planned more than two months in advance, but they could not accommodate us on getting our nails or anything done together, where appropriate. It was disappointing, but we each tried something. The person who did my nails just sat there at times and even I initiated some conversation, but she was a lump on a log, so that made it very uncomfortable and tense at times. If you register with them, you will be on their list FOREVER. I still get mailings from them, so if you prefer not to be bothered, give a fake address.

Do you ever feel the need to escape, but don't have the time to take a weekend trip? Well, you can escape to Balance Day Spa for an hour, half day or full day of pampering! What a place to go when you need to leave all of your worries behind. And it doesn't cost you an arm and leg to pamper yourself! I knew the owner long before Balance Day Spa was opened. She has stood by her standards to offer the best services for reasonable prices. She has expanded 2 times in her 10 years of service. I think this speaks for itself! It is definately a short escape from the day to day stresses of life.

This day spa is great. The staff is great and they work to make sure you are comfortable. The atmoshere in the massage room is so calming. The really take care of you here and make sure you have a wonderful experience.
