My sister used to use a different vet in Kville and chose to switch to this one. They are very frinedly staff and clean considering they have lots of animals coming in and out

They have a friendly staff. The offices are very clean. The prices are decent. Their staff is very good with the pets. They offer 2 different waiting rooms, one for dogs and one for cats.

I had planned a operation to have my cat neutered at a time when my young daughter would be at her grandparents so I would not have to answer questions. The appointment was made and all went well at first. The cat had complications with drainage and had to go back to the vet. They were so understanding and did not charge us extra. It was just an unusual complication that was no ones fault. I thought that they went beyond the call of duty to take care of the problem. The cat recovered in time to come home before my daughter did. The staff has always been courteous to me and answer my questions about things that I do not understand. They are conveniently located in Kernersville right off of Highway 150. I like the two divisions in the office that they have- one for cats and one for dogs, because my cat hates dogs.

PROS: Go the extra mile
CONS: Small office
