I am a Sgt in the United States Marine Corps. I take all of my alterations to Christine because I know that it is going to be done with expert care and attention to the smallest detail. Even if I bring it to her at the last possible minute she always gets it done. Highly recommended!

If you want your clothes to look professional. And you want your uniforms to be altered properly with your chevrons and hashmarks placed correctly. There is only one choice. Take them to Christine. I have been a customer since 2001.

Pros: I once left $20 in my pocket on accident didn't even know I had left it untill I picked up my uniform and got $20 back. Awesome!

Cons: They get really busy especially during the Marine Corps Ball time so sometimes you have to be patient.

I took a $200 ball gown here and asked them to fix some loose rhinestones and when I got the dress back the rhinestones had fallen off and there were still some small spots on the dress. I told them I was kinda upset and that I didn't think it was fair to pay $25.50 for the cleaning since they ruined my dress and they were very rude and argued that I should just cut off the stones anyway. They refused to give me a discount on the cleaning and pretty much said Oh well. Horrible customer service should never be tolerated.

My husband is in the miltiary and took one of his uniforms here to be altered. Three weeks later, and long after he actually needed the uniform for an inspection, he finally got it back. And, it still wasn't correct. We'd stopped in numerous times after the day she had initially told us the uniform would be done, and each time there was excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't completed.

PROS: Convenient location
CONS: Poor customer service and workmanship
