A couple of years ago my husband purchased me a used Lexus with a wonderful warranty. So far, we have been very pleased with the service, people and and all the extras. My automobile is always washed and cleaned for me after each service. While my Lexus is being serviced, I can either get a loaner or be driven across to the shopping mall if the service is a short one. For a while Mr. Hank would drive me but now he is the Panera and Starbucks person on premise.
