Ok....anyone out there tired of going into a salon without a clue as to what you Really need to make your hair fabulous?...Then Troutman is the place for you!
I found Troutman on a HairColor website that said they were the Only ones in the area to belong to The American Board of Certified Haircolorists.
I called and Steve(my new best friend) answered, we had a chat about my hair(yes he actually asked me questions other than do you want highlights) and he booked me for that day!!
Steve is a true artist! You would think so too if you saw my hair before he colored it. He is the first person I have found in NINE YEARS that takes pride in his work not just his wallet!
All I can say is...MY HAIR LOOKS FABULOUS!!

This place knows how to offer service. The staff seems to know exactly what they are doing as they excel in all type of hair related services. I have gone for highlights, and perms and both were done greatly.
Even though the costs are high, the saying "You Pay for What You GET" comes to mind.

Steve is a miracle-worker!

Well, I just stopped in for the open house the yoga studio was having and just let Steve work his magic after beckoning me in very convincingly. I must say he did an awesome job and turned a girl with hair that could have fit right in with members of many 80s bands (a big curly mess) into a girl with a much "tamer" look (but I'm still a mess ha ha). He also did a great job boosting my self-esteem, which was wonderful. Ladies, if you think your hair is getting the best of you, try this salon.

Great Cut, Amazing Color.......

I have been going to Judi Troutman for over a decade. A standing appointment every 4th Saturday. She is an incredible artist. Her skills with hair go far beyond just a haircut or a color application. Judi and her staff treat everyone with respect, they listen to what you want, they offer suggestions, they provide you with great service and I can't imagine going anywhere else, ever. My entire family goes to Troutman Beauty Affaire. Judi and her professional staff CARE............they are great at what they do. I give them the highest rating possible.

An incredible experience

I just visit this salon and had a wonderful experience. I am sorry I stopped letting Judi cut my hair. She is incredible. Not only did I get a fabulous new style, she took the time to show me how to recreate it at home. It has been three weeks now and I find that I am still able to style it on my own. And those Italian hair products, what can I say, I just love them, I feel like a new and different person.
