I have been getting my hair done by Autumn for years and was sad to hear that she moved up north (I live in Florida). She is very good at helping you pick the right color for you and she is easy to talk to. She doesnt pressure you to buy more (like some of the other comments have said about the people that work there). She has a GREAT eye for hair and will make you look your ABSOLUTE BEST! Cant wait to have her come to Miami to do my wedding!

I was a longtime client of Autumn's in Florida (where she just relocated from) and want to let all you North Carolina folks know how lucky you are to have inherited such a talent! Autumn is one of the best hairstylists I have ever seen in my twenty plus years of getting my hair done professionally! On top of that, she is so fun to chat with! Take advantage of her services; it really doesn't get any better than her!

Everytime Autumn has done my hair I have left happy!She is fabulous with styling and doing a great blow dry. I have blonde hair and she's always recommended great products to keep my hair healthy and beautiful. She is really passionate and loves what she does... I couldn't recommend anyone better!

Visiting from out of town and Autumn was able to fit me in and she did a fabulous job. She is a color specialist. I have my hair colored every 3 weeks and with no formula she matched it perfectly and actually made it look better than it has in YEARS.

Thanks I will certainly be seeing her next time I am in town

My hair was ruined at I place I used to go to, I went to Euphoria to get it fixed, and it exceeded my expectations. Larissa listened to what I had to say and I felt great in her presence. In fact, I was so happy, I returned to get my color done as well. The atmosphere was relaxing and the girls at the front desk were very helpful.

recently in Charlotte, NC and escaped to Euphoria for some much needed TLC. The deep cleansing facial with papaya, lemon extracts was epic and the staff professionally advised me on the vitality collection from french line matis paris - my skin has never looked better since! living in NY, we become spolied with options but feel inclined to get my facials conducted here - 5 star service, exquisite location and french flair with their facials! bravo!

I received a gift certificate and went to Euphoria for a facial and manicure. My facial was very relaxing and my manicure was also very nice. It was a pretty salon, though I thought the prices were a little high in comparison to other spas. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

I agree with ccs226 and ccopinion. I had a similar experience, bad cut, bad color and changing prices for the same services. They were great in the beginning, but then there was a downhill slide. They never seemed to be terribly busy, and staff seemed to change quite a bit.

this had to be the worst salon i have ever been to..i am new to charlotte and moved here 2 weeks before my wedding. i went to euphoria to get my hair colored and that is when the nightmare began. i have blond hair and have been getting my hair colored for years. i asked them to touch up my color and they completely turned my hair yellow and orange. my scalp burned and i looked like a clown 6 days before i was to be married. when i confronted the owner she acted as if nothing was wrong and said that in order to get it blonde it had to go through a yellowish stage............well whatever because they would not give me my money back and i had to go to hair color xperts two days later to get it fixed. i was to leave for my wedding in south carolina the afternoon after i got my hair done at euphoria but was unable to because of their huge mistake. it was awful, the staff was awful, and most importantly they cannot do hair!

I have had enough of Euphoria. I have gone to this salon for all of my services for over 5 years. I have put up with the cold snobby owner who cannot be bothered with anyone. She is constantly raising the prices, I am willing to pay more for great services and products, but I am tried of being nickled an dimed. Everytime I am in there products and services are a new price. I have used 2 stylists there that have been great and worth going despite the atmosphere. But, when my stylist left, there was no one else I was willing to deal with. The owner pressures them to sell extra services and products and dosen't want talking which has resulted in a very stressful salon.

Cons: Cold, snobby atmosphere, pressure to sell, stylists do not seem happy

A great place!Really nice staff,really international,nice vibe.I loved my haircut,really stylish!!!Professional staff,and a great assistant,that gave me a great head massage and style(by the way loved her accent :-)

I liked the Salon workers' customer service, and how they carried themselves. It is very sanitary and peaceful, Yana and all of the workers were very friendly; I didn't have to wait too long to get my haircut. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone that is looking for a great hairstyle.

I go to Euphoria for many services but this time i decided to go for a pedicure. I signed up for "Euphoric Pedicure" with Yelena who was very nice and attentive. I am very particular about the cleanliness of the salon and here i got just that. The room was clean and the tools she used were sanitized. Once again i left very satisfied and my feet haven't looked better.

The first time I went to Euphoria was 6 years ago when I first moved to Charlotte and lived across the street. I've moved away to various locations throughout the state and had my hair cut at many high end salons where I've received various results (ie: from so bad I was crying to not bad at all). I can not emphasize more how wonderful Yana is and how I am glad to be back in Charlotte having my hair in her hands!!!! She has cut my hair during various stages of short to long. She is very accurate and versatile in trend. Yana along with her employees are very nice and have always gone the distance to make me feel comfortable. I can go in there in a crappy mood and come out feeling and looking like a million dollars!!!! Yana is worth every dime I spend in there and I usually don't get out of there cheap.

I have been to Euphoria several times for eyebrow threading...I recommend this treatment and especially recommend that you have it done at Euphoria! The woman who does it is friendly, professional, and does a wonderful job. She made me feel so welcome, and I had a perfect experience.

I can't vouch fo other services (hair, etc.), but I do know that I have always enjoyed my visits to Euphoria. Just remember, it's usually only the bitter complainers who take the time to write reviews!

I had the pleasure of trying Euphoria Salon a few weeks ago. I was impressed with their hair color. It did not dry out my hair. Tracy was very nice and gave a great hair cut. The salon was beautiful inside and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The only con is that it is expensive. But considering I did not have a hair disaster like I've had at other salons- I would say that it is almost worth it.

Pros: Great color and cuts, nice staff, great atmosphere

Cons: Cost, takes 2 hours sometimes to do hair

Well I used to go to Eurphoria for treatments but when I called today to make an appt they asked for a credit card. Their new policy is if you don't cancel your appt 48 hours prior to your appt they will charge your card for 1/2 the cost of service. This is not acceptable. I can understand that they want to penalize people for not showing up for an appt and not calling to cancel, but what if I could not get out of work on time BUT called ahead to cancel? I should NOT be penalized as I ALWAYS call to cancel or reschedule. My time is important and so is theirs but I shouldn't be penalized because others simply aren't showing up for appt and calling to cancel.

The salon seemed a bit stuffy to me if you know what I mean. I received my styling from a woman who is apparently the owner. I had asked to have my hair straightened, but after numerous attempts it was still not done to my liking. I had visited the salon a year prior and the service was pretty good, but after this visit I will be heading elsewhere. A wanna-be New York salon with Bronx charm.....

I got a Gift Card for Euphoria for Christmas. I didnt know about Euphoria before and was sceptical ( espcially becuase of the reviews here..) but I fnd out otherwise. My friend couldnt have chosen a better gift for me. I loved the way they did my hair and I walked out with an appointment for their spa! I cant wait to go back!

Finally a Salon and Spa that lives up to its well deserved name sake, "EUPHORIA"! This dream come true in the heart of Charlotte is every thing a girl could ask for and then some. I found owner-operator and hairstylist/colorist, Yana, to be absolutely outstanding. Yana's ability to listen and interpret my needs were very impresssive. She knew the exact color I wanted and took the time insure my happiness. The overall atmosphere is professional-sheek with a sublime atmosphere guarennted to lift anyone's spirit. Great color, beautiful salon...the staff could do a little better to make it more comfortable and not so stuffy. Also-the staff sometimes does not listen to your requests on what you want done.

Once I set my appt over the phone, I was excited about coming here since the salon looked so appealing according to the website and the receptionist was quite helpful w/ my appt with Yana. Yana did a decent consultation but during the haircut was quite distracted by something and was cold in personality. Eventhough I was satisfied with my haircut, I felt like no-one wanted me here. The whole salon atmosphere was quite sterile and far from what the website presented.
