Steel Blue Personal Training offers power and strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, post-rehabilitation exercise and one-on-one 60- or 90-minute personal training appointments. We have male and female trainers with more than 25 years experience in the fitness business. Massage therapy with two female licensed massage therapists specializing in Swedish and Russian medical massage and myofascial release is also offered.

more than i expected..

Bryan really understands how the body grows and responds to training. He is very direct to get his point accross, but not unfair or judgeing. I have grown both physically and emotionaly as a person. At the age of 42 i have reached a point in my life where i have started my second wind. I cant believe the body transformation that i have undergone and all the positive benefits i have experianced from my elevated levels of confidence and self esteam. Any professional that is willing to spend their personal time is not cheap, however it is a great long term investment in your future.

Pros: structured programs that make sense.

Cons: pros outweigh the cons

Real results really fast

I have been working on my body my entire adult life. I have been too skinny and too fat. I have run several marathons, done all kinds of strength training, but I have never really looked all that healthy. Bryan quickly diagnosed my condition and built me a nutrition and training plan that worked. Within 3 months, I saw more positive change than I had achieved in years of dedicated effort. Now I have NINE! different workouts that we cycle through every three weeks. I have added over 40 pounds of muscle and reduced my body fat. I have more energy and am really kicking butt in soccer, basketball, and daily life. One word of caution - if you give him 12 sessions, you just might keep going forever.

Pros: Effectiveness, personal attention

Cons: No juice bar :-)

Personal Training at it's Best

This is a great Studio. Bryan really knows what he is doing. At 45, I look and feel great. If you are looking for a Gym, who has trained professionals, this is the place. It's not your typical meat market, gym. Bryan really knows how to use the equipment to get results. I ended up going here after an injury, it was cheper thant therapy and I got better results.

working out with Rey

I am 50 and never thought I would be able to touch my toes again, much less work out with weights. Rey has been patient and firm, and has really changed my strength, stamina, and body image. I highly recommend Rey's personal approach to personal training, it has really helped this old lady spring back to life.

Pros: motivational, I can bend finally, patient
