Berkeley Mall

The mall is small but when you go (especially to Belks) they really give you customer service that you will not get at the bigger malls. They have three anchor stores, Belk, JC Penny, and Sears. They have a hard time keeping other stores, but I think what they do have is ok. Bath & Body works, hallmark and a off name gift store that is really nice. Come on, give them a break and support a small town mall. I go back every time I am in the area.

One of the saddest malls in existence. Can barely maintain the main attractors let alone secondary stores. IT took years for them to repave the parking lot and it is just pathetic

Unless you really need to go and get something at one of the few stores they have in the mall, I would not recommend Berkley Mall. I would much rather drive out 50 miles to Raleigh to one of their malls out there which are bigger with more of a selection of stores. So many stores have shut down in this mall..Kay Bee toys being one of them. This mall is really struggling to hold it's own and trying to bring in business like the new Electronics Boutique along with a few other stores. This mall is extremely small. Unless somehow they can drum up some more business in this mall and make it bigger, I don't think it will last.

PROS: They have JCPenney, Sears, Proffits, Chick-fil-a, Electronics Boutique
CONS: VERY small, alot of stores have closed down, seems to be struggling
