Salesman took time to measure carefully and to make sure everything fit correctly. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a tux.

PLEASE NOTE BRUCES TUXEDO AND BRUCES BRIDAL ARE 2 TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORES, OWNED BY DIFFERENT OWNERS, BRUCES TUXEDOS DONT SELL WEDDING GOWNS, OR ANY DRESSES . THE BRIDAL SHOP WAS SOLD OVER 8 YEARS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ALSO THEIR NAME HAS BEEN CHANGED TO LASTING IMPRESSIONS

If I could give Bruce's less than one star I would. I ordered my wedding gown from them as well as all my bridesmaids dresses. The staff has no idea how to help customers, they actually cause problems and only make excuses for the things they do wrong. They never measured me, allowed me to order the wrong size, I received the wrong sized gown and was made to believe it was my fault. Also, the owner was completely rude to me and disrespectful to my mother during the whole experience. My wedding was not ruined, but it was a complete nightmare, hassle, and waste of money right up to the day before my wedding. I ended up paying a REAL seamstress (Bruce's seamstress has NO clue - don't be fooled) to fix my dress and didn't get it back until 2 days before the big event. Don't believe good reviews you have heard from others, don't risk your special day for the headaches Bruce's will cause. This place is completely worthless!!

i ordered my bridesmaids dresses from them three months before the wedding. i knew it was going to be close but they helped us find everything we needed from the dresses to the jewelry. i was also pleased when they told me it usually takes 8-10 weeks to get the dresses back but when they called me it had only been 6 weeks. i was so thrilled b/c that put less pressure on me to get my gurls fitted properly in a reasonable amount of time. all of ladies working there were so courteous and helpful. its a local place so i know alot of people have used them and been very satisfied with the service and quality. thanks so much to bruce's bridal and its employees. i will def. recommend you to anyone!

I purchased by wedding gown for them and everything went fine. I also decided to purchase the bridesmaids gowns from there. We ordered the gowns 5 months prior to my wedding date understanding the gowns would be in within a month or so of my wedding date.This was also with half of the amount due being paid. With a little less than 4 weeks to go before my wedding, I called to check on the status of the bridesmaids dresses, as I had heard nothing about them.After a very hesitant "We'll call you back in a few minutes"I knew somthing was wrong.When recieved a call back I was informed my dresses had not been ordered.I was NOT told "We're so sorry, there's been a mistake"I WAS told "There's a problem, the dresses weren't ordered".I was very patient and very calm.The lady said the dresses I had picked out could not be here in 4 weeks that I would have to choose a different dress.She said there were some dresses that could be in within 2 weeeks.They had never odered from this company, but I agreed to come in to take a look at them.They were horrible.There is a very good reason they could be ready in 2 weeks. Beacuase they were ugly.I decided to pick the least ugly dress because I didn't think I had a choice.Then I was told I would have to change the color. I then asked the owner how much this dress would be.She said $120.I am no fool. I had contacted another company who said the dress was sold by them for $80.I asked the owner why I would not get a discount, she replied "Well your bridesmaids weren't inconvenienced, you were.I don't see that we should discount their dresses".It was then I decided to get my money back.Lucklily, I found dresses online that were here within a week.All I wanted was the dresses at cost.I didn't see that they should make money off of me when it was clearly their mistake. I had already lost a day of work. In the end I was offered nothing for their mistake.
