New to Charlotte, so I read the reviews of Boudreaux's online before I met a friend for dinner here last week and it was great. Waiters were casual so I didnt expect great service but they were on the ball. Our guy had all the answers about the food and the Special was amazing. I love it

Boudreaux's is a solid restaurant in NoDa that focuses on Cajun cuisine. The food obviously isn't as good as you can get in The Big Easy, but it is a good substitute for Charlotte. If you are in the mood for jambalya, gumbo or any of the like, it is a good place to go. But, if you are looking for Cajun or Creole food, Cajun Queen on 7th Street is the best in town. However, it is pretty expensive. The best kept secrect is "Bite Your Tongue"--a lunch and catering business.
