I was reading the review titled unimpressed and laughed. I thought to myself how ignorant of someone to write such a stupid review based on the second hand tales of others. The author of the unimpressed blog has never been to Pampered Pets Grooming and clearly said that in her review. If you and your friend know so much about Dutch clips and Kennel cuts than maybe you should have saved the staffs time at Pampered Pets Grooming and done it yourself. Slow is how unimpressed described the staff at pampered pets grooming. While most people would rather have a professional take their time to provide the best service possible you still have those who will complain. I have personally seen the hard work and dedication my mother and aunt have put into their business. RUDE? I don't think so. Rude is writing a bad review about a business you've never done business with. Pampered Pets Grooming has been around for 18 years and some how I think their business will out last your witless review. So go see the folks at Pampered Pets Grooming Salon, kindness and quality are their specialty!

I have known the ladies of Pampered Pets since I was a kid, and I must say that I have never met more refined full of class women in my life. They do the best with the condition that the pet is in when they receive them. As for the prices, I must say that after shopping around, I received the best price for my Syberian Husky. They are nice and very affordable.

I think you have no concept of what true dog grooming is about. Its very easy for someone as unimportant as you to state Stupid and very opinionated BS! You have no taste when it comes to grooming and Grooming really depends on the shape that the dog is in... So if YOUR FRIEND wanted a dutch clip then maybe They should take better care of their DOG! The dogs i have seen come out of here look like they were groomed by a 10 year old let loose with a pair of scissors. My best friend took here poodle here and asked for a dutch clip and it came back with a regular kennel cut. The service was slow and expensive. Save your money and visit a real groomer. This lady is rude and not a clue how to groom in my opinion.
