Skin Care Clinic At Voci Spa

I have never been so disappointed in my life. The service was horrible and when I called to speak with the manager, it took 3 months and numerous attempts to speak with him and he did nothing about the issue. I paid for my mother to have the Voci Spa Express for $128 and the woman who did her facial talked nonstop. Then, Shelias did her mani and pedi and used very offensive language the whole time, even dropping the f-bomb quite a few times. My mother was horrified and had one of the worst times she has ever had there. The manager told me he had already resolved the issue when in fact he had never even called me back to hear what the issue was so I know he was lying. Then he didn't even offer to make up for it by refunding us for the mani/pedi part or anything. Totally disgusted in this place. I rather go to Walmart and know i'm paying for horrible service.

Nothing like a good facial. Go here for that. Best place in Ballentyne. I recommend this place. I don't have but one facial in six weeks, but worth the wait.

I go to Voci about once a month for OUTSTANDING facials with Katie. The massages are also decent for the price. My only negative feedback is that there are no facilities for you to use after your treatments. It's hard to get a massage and not have the opportunity to clean up before heading back out into the world. Best treatments for the price in Ballantyne.

I have ben going to Voci Spa for a while. I have tried many "Medi Spas" in Charlotte and none of them even compare to Voci. They have been the most honest professionals and have given me the results in skin care that I had expected and paid for. Their professionalism has exceeded all of my expectations and I have not been let down by Voci as I have in the past with many Medi Spas in Charlotte.

I have visted Voci Spa on two occasions and both times have been very impressed with the level of service I received. I recieved a sea salt body scrub, one hour massage and facial on my first visit and loved the sea salt scrub so much I went back a second time specifically for this treatment. In my opinion the sea salt scrub is better than any massage I have ever recieved. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere pleasant and the whole place smells great! Their prices seem to be in line with other spas I have visited in the area.
