Made an appointment for iPhone service. I was there on time and was then told I would have to wait as there was six people ahead of me. I asked why I made an appointment then? I was told it was like a doctors appointment and I still had to wait. I then waited to have them reload the software on my phone and all the apps, contacts, settings and pictures were gone when they gave it back. They told me they would back it up first and reload them. Well, they didn't. What a d**n mess. Needless to say I am not happy. Never will I own an Apple product again.

Took my MacBook pro in for a new track pad. They promised It would be finished in three days. Today makes day eight, and It's still not finished. I love apple products, but this store is horrible.

Avoid the Genius Bar at all cost, no repairs are done in store in my experience and the Genius Bar employees are very rude.

I was told by an Apple care associate that the store would take care of my product repair due to a manufacturing defect. Apple Genius decided that they were too busy with new iPhones to take care of a issue that was their fault. I was then quickly shuttled away from the Bar and the 'genius' called another name while I was standing in front of him.

Needless to say, I'll be making the 1.5 hour commute to the Charleston Store in the future and avoiding this one at all costs.

Customer Service is poor. Called in to ask a couple of questions. Required to come in and wait in line to get service.. Wow.. just go online and get 24hour SERVICE! from Mac.

I like Apple stores, and this one is all right, but the quality of their salespeople is a little spotty.

I brought a broken iPod in here to get their opinion on what was wrong; it was an off day and the store was almost empty. I went to the (empty) counter and was redirected back to a computer to sign in and get an appointment for 2 minutes later. So then I stood there, chatting with a sales rep, and the guy behind the counter noticed me and said "Are you the 2:15?" and decided to begin to help me. He then told me my repair was $120. I decided to ask his technical opinion on getting the part myself and fixing it myself, and he said "You can't do that." I got the party-line salesperson response every time I asked.

As a side note, I talked to a sales rep in a different store who did the correct thing: *recommended* the Apple way, warned me of the dangers, and gave me an informed opinion on what I could do. I don't mind being sold a product, but I hate going into a computer store and being told something that doesn't sell their product is wrong or impossible.

Their salespeople are more interested in selling designer products than in treating customers like people. Apple stores are supposed to treat you like a unique person, not a cog in the machine.
