I agree with other reviews - and, I would give this place a negative 100 if I could.

Several shirts came back to me with spots on them where there were none before. And, one of my silk shirts looked like it had been run over by a truck -

I would give a ZERO if I could.

They destroyed my wife's pants and decided not to replace them, blaming it on the dye used in thier manufacturing. There was no admission, no offer of compensation, not even a glint of customer service orientation in their minds to feign an offer of a future discount on service ( which we would now refuse due to lack of trust)

Bev's Touch cleaners shouldn't be in business.

Pros: none

Cons: They will destroy your clothes and not accept responsibility

If I could give 0 or negative star I would. This is the worst dry cleaner ever. Sure their price is cheap $3.49 per garment nobody can beat that. I was drawn in because of the price, but heck I paid priciest price ever. My favorite silk blouse came out with big dye transfer spots, they said they'd try to fix it, three trials later the spots still there. I paid $100 for the shirt and they said they can only give me $50. Something wrong with the picture here, not only I lost my favorite one of a kind shirt that I paid a lot of money for it, wasting gas to check on it three times, and they only give my $50? Don't go to this place ever!! Sometimes it's better to pay more to get a LOT better service and not losing your clothes of something that you didn't even do.

Cons: Dye transfer, stain, lousy job

.

My best friend took her garment here to have it cleaned the other day. When she went to pick it up, it had dye transfers all over it. When she went back to the dry cleaners and asked them to try to get it out, not only could they not remove it, but they only gave her half the money of what it was worth!!! The WORST part is that they LAUGHED in her face about it! Yes...that's how much these people care about your clothing...if they mess it up, they will LAUGH at you about it. Why waste your time going here? You can pay a couple extra dollars somewhere else but get great service and great care taken of your clothes.

Pros: price

Cons: rude people who do not treat your clothes with care

.

The people are unfriendly to the point of borderline rude. The atmosphere is loud rap music and utilitarian. The actual dry cleaning is fine for basic every day, but don't expect them to really get stains out. They lose buttons and simply couldn't care less - your problem - not there's. If the piece is remotely special to you in any way - do not take it here. I have used them many times for basics that are easily replaced, but if it really matters I go elsewhere. They melt buttons - again - not their problem - your problem. These people want to take your money and do a barely passable job. They just do not care.

I took my garment in on Mon to have a button tightened and cleaned. I was told I could pick it up on Wed between 2 and 3. When I got there, it was at a different location and not ready. I am from ATLand it was NYE. They said, "I don't know who would tell you that, because it couldn't be done that fast." Well, they told me. I called the other location to see if i could come get it and the person there woudln't wait 15 to close so I coudl come get it. The button was the hold up. had I been told on monday when i dropped it off that it woudl take longer, i would have only had it cleaned. So, i pick it up on Friday on my way back to ?ATL. i open it up Sat morning and it not only looks like it hasn't been cleaned, but it stil had lent all over it. When I called to talk to the owner i was really nice at first explaining my situation. She interrupted me several times to tell me that this was not possible and it was not possible to have it cleaned by Wed. i reminded her that i didn't care that that was their policy, because that was not what i had been told. She went on to telll me, after interrupting me, to argue that they check all their garments before they leave and nothing leaves without being cleaned - instead of saying, "oh, i am so sorry this happened to you. what can i do to fix this situation so you and your friends stay happy customers?" she went on to call me a liar. The $6 i paid was more important than their reputation. She wanted me to bring my garment back in so they could look at it. then offered to clean it again. HELLO - i live 4 hours away. all i really wanted was sympathy. instead, the customer here is ALWAYS wrong - isn't it possible that between 3 on wednesday when you closed and friday afternoon when i picked it up that you didn't hav etime to clean the garment and sew the button on? I mean, since you always tell your customer it takes at least 5 days and can't get it back to you on Wed if you drop it off on mon?just listen to your customer

This cleaner is operating under a new name ($2.99 Dry Cleaning?) but is under the same management. I recently brought several dress shirts and several sweaters in for cleaning. The sweaters had no visible soil, but still smelled less than fresh when I picked them up. Several of the dress shirts came back with visible soil, and two other dress shirts came back ruined. One of the dress shirts came back with large, greasy-looking yellow spots all over the shirt. I spoke to a young man at the cleaner about the two ruined shirts. He was very polite and helpful. He allowed me to fill out a formal complaint form, and told me that the owner, Beverly, or her husband would call me about the shirts. Neither owner called, so a few days later, I called. She answered the phone and spoke to me unprofessionally. At first, she acted as if she had no knowledge of the damaged shirts. When I described them to her, she immediately remembered them, and got defensive. She interrupted me frequently, and had the audacity to say that she and 2 other witnesses saw that the stains were on the shirt before they were dropped off (my understanding that she is a silent owner, rarely at the store. I could be mistaken about this detail, but I am not mistaken that there were no greasy yellow stains on the shirt when I dropped it off, and I can't imagine anything besides dry cleaning chemicals that would cause such a stain). She refused to take any responsibility for the damaged or soiled clothing, and refused to offer me any refund. Her only offer was to dry clean a couple of shirts for free. As you can imagine, after this ordeal, I wouldn't even take dry cleaning there again for free. Please think twice before taking dry cleaning to this store.
