This school tends to be religiously legalistic. Most, if not all of the staff had to be members of the church while some teachers were teaching w/o education degrees. A number of students were placed here by their parents to escape public school and tended to be spoiled brats. Elementary education here was very lacking in critical thinking and differences in classroom/ learning styles. Although they claim to help children w/ special needs, we did not find that true for our child - who had clear medical diagnoses. Worse, the teacher had no understanding or interest. If your child received special education learning - it was at an extra cost and they received it outside of the classroom. We didn't find implementation of that learning carried over into the classroom by the main teacher.

What a great school! Our oldest has been there since kindergarten and is now entering 3rd grade. Our other son will be entering the 3 year old class soon.

They have sports, after-care and summer camp. The tuition is very reasonable.

When we initially considered the school, when compared to some others in the area, we thought, well, "it isn't new?" But once I saw how the facility interacts with the students, nothing else mattered. These teachers LOVE these children. It shows in everything they do. We were concerned when our son was entering school that we would have to "deprogram" bad behavior or attitudes picked up from classmates. In 3 years, we haven't had to do any of that. These are good kids from good families.

We had looked into other schools in the area, mainly "newer" campus'. We found after interacting with students and families from these schools ?? at off-campus recreational sports classes, we believe them to definitely be more secular than Friendship.

We love Friendship. In fact, as we drive by these other schools on our 35 minute daily trek to school, we give thanks that we have such a wonderful place for the children to be. We do not worry for their safety or about what they are learning (either from staff or students).

We love that the school goes through 12th grade, and as a products of the Wake County Public School System ourselves, we love that our children can remain at Friendship for the duration of their education.

***Please disregard the review from Chrissy F. After I read her review, although great that she gave Friendship 5 stars, I believe she is thinking of a different school.

Nice size class rooms and the kids have lots of differnt after school sports ,, this year i belive they have added a swim team , which is hard to find in Christian school , this school is know for a wonderful studys, and has lots of room for study growth, also offer yonger class such as k3- k4 , which is really nice they dont go all but still good to get those younger one in the school, Also they have lots of parking , little hard to get to as you do not have light or anything to turn into the school , Pricey , rather one of the more high prices school in Raleigh but well worth it in the end :)
