Thte Belmont Apartments are beautiful apartments located in the not so beautiful downtown Durham, North Carolina area. The complex has numerous different buildings that look new from the outside and also has a nice pool for residents to enjoy. The community is gated - you need a passcode to get into the gate - which is good because the area is not the best, but still does not deter as many people as it could (because cars can follow each other in). The apartments are very nice and the association does a good job listening to the residents' needs and concerns.
