I came across Dr. Andrews & his caring staff when I was in an unfortunate accident where both of my front teeth were knocked out. I've never had braces or cavities, so I was just used to the regular cleanings. I had recently moved to the area from Atlanta & wasn't sure where to go. I was very nervous & was afraid of the pain I would have to go through & the after effects. After spending my first ten minutes in Dr. Andrews office (recommended by the endodontist that I saw, Dr. Card), I knew it was where I wanted to have my crowns done. Dr. Andrews constantly checked in with me throughout the entire process, making sure I was comfortable and okay. He even called me on a Saturday to make sure the medicine he prescribed for me was working. He was incredibly gentle and is a complete perfectionist, which is a quality I definitely want my dentist to have. Although my accident was traumatic, the process to make me have a beautiful smile again was painless and comforting. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Andrews and his staff. I now consider them all friends & check in regularly to see how they are doing. Whether you need a cleaning or you have had a traumatic accident or you just want a new look, I 100% recommend Dr. Andrews. Not only did I get a beautiful smile, but I also got peace of mind.

I have been going to Dr. Andrew's for about 4 months now, and I was very impressed with the office, the staff, work ethic and the time he takes to make the patients happy and comfortable. I had stain in the lower left quadrant of my mouth and he took photographs to magnify the teeth and decay so I could see what was going on and how bad the decay was. So, he removed the decay, a very painless process, and he made sure that I was comfortable at all times and told me what was going on every step of the way. Another thing that was important to me was trying to save as much as my real tooth as possible, and he did that. He put tooth colored fillings in and they look really good. I have had no problems with my teeth since I had the work done! I have also had a cleaning there recently and I thought that also was a good experience, the hygentist made sure I was comfortable and does really good cleanings. I wanted him to contour my front teeth just a little because I thought they were long, he did it without novicane and without having to do veeners or cutting away at my teeth, so it was a very quick and easy thing to do. I feel very confident in Dr. Andrew's work and he makes sure he takes him time with you and that you are happy. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew's!!! He is a wonderful dentist!!

Since we moved to the triangle about 10 years ago, we have been with Dr. Andrews. My teeth were in a bad state but Dr. Andrews took the time required to get all my issues under control. I was very impressed with his work ethic of making it right as if it were his own mouth. My whole family of 4 has equally been impressed. His temporary caps were better than my real caps done by previous dentists. So yes, I highly recommend him if you are looking for a job well done.

I have been going to Dr. Andrews for a few years now, and I really respect him as a Doctor. At my initial exam I was already nervous about this appointment, and he and his staff made sure that I was extremely comfortable. I have such confidence in Dr. Andrews that I have referred several co-workers to him as well and all they can do is thank me. :-)

I am all too familiar with having extensive dental work done-I have had braces, crowns, and have had my teeth bonded all before I was in high school. I always feared the dentist and hated the pain and I was never fully happy with the end result. I was referred to Dr. Andrews by a co-worker seven years ago and I have been very happy ever since -Dr. Andrews has fixed/replaced 7 crowns and one porcelain inlay-and I could not be more pleased with the work. I feel that Dr. Andrews and his staff are the most professional, caring and efficient staff in the Triangle. I have always received courteous service and impeccable quality dental work. I will continue to see Dr. Andrews and I will definitely continue to recommend him to all of my friends.

I thought the staff was unprofessional and there seems to be a high turn-over rate with their hygenists. It makes it difficult to trust someone cleaning your teeth when it is someone different every time. I might as well be hopping to a different dental office every 6 months.

I have been going to Dr. Andrew's office for about 10yrs and I have always received excellent quality service. He goes beyond the call of duty to make my teeth look and feel as natural as possible. I have had crowns and inlays done and on the occasion that I have been at another dental specialist office, I am always told how nice the dental work looks.

I chose Dr. Mark Andrews as my new dentist because of his commitment to providing quality work one patient at a time.

After several treatment sessions, I can say unequivocally that Dr. Andrews is a highly skilled dentist who is not only concerned with the appearance of ones teeth, but also their health and longevity. It is readily apparent that he cares deeply about his work and it shows in his chair-side manner! He and his dental assistant have made each visit a pain-free and calming experience.

Dr. Andrews skill and integrity as a general and cosmetic dentist has renewed my trust in his profession and I will continue to utilize his services even after returning to Wisconsin. When you find a professional with his kind of training and experience, you dont let a little thing like distance allow another dentist to muck around with your teeth!

I had several old silver fillings replaced by Dr. Andrews over
the past several years, and I have been very happy with
his work. He makes the visits as confortable as possible, and
he does excellent work. Making appointments and filling insurance
claims couldn't be easier or more organized than this office. I
definitely trust my dental care to his office.

Dr. Andrews and his staff are the best I have ever dealt with. I have seen 6 dentist in the last 18 years, these folks are great. I had severe trauma to my teeth, Dr. Andrews has me headed in the right direction to getting a natural look back to my teeth.
Update: 16 July 2007...After much hard work on the part of Dr. Andrews, his staff, and the specialist I was refered to; I am finally finished with my work. I can't say enough about how dilligent all have been. My teeth look great! I get compliments all the time. I feel much more confident when I smile, which I do a lot. You always get what you pay for. My old work was failing and I was in constant fear of a complete failure of some of my work. A couple of cracked teeth were painful enough. Dr. Andrews has made me pain free and confident with his quality of work. His hygentist is one of only three that I have ever been happy with. One of the other two also worked for him. I would highly recommend Dr. Andrews and his entire staff.

Dr. Andrews has been my dentist for more than 10 years. I have received nothing be the most professional service and care from his office. During my last checkup early signs of an abscess were discovered. I had not experienced any pain in that area previously. I'm sure that a dentist who did not have a patient's dental health as a top priority may not have taken any action until pain required another office visit. A root canal was necessary and I was referred to Dr. Steven Card, an endodontist in Raleigh, for that procedure. Dr. Card has nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Andrew's work. Dr. Jeffrey Iglhaut, a periodontist in Cary who my family has been referred to on several occasions, is another dentist that highly recommends Dr. Andrew's work.
In my opinion, the negative reviews of Dr. Andrews seem totally unjustified. If you choose another dentist solely on those reviews, you will miss the skills and care of a top dentist in the area. 6/20/06

Mark Andrews and his fine staff took a personal approach to my dental needs, and have consistently done an excellent job of taking care of teeth over the past few years. He is absolutely a "no pain" dentist, and always takes the time to do it right, not in a rush to get it done. They will also go the extra mile to help with insurance. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Andrews has been taking care of my teeth since 2000. He is a perfectionist who works tirelessly and is also a wonderful, caring person. He gives personal attention to every patient and spends as much time as needed to get the job done perfectly. His office has taken care of all my dental work, from routine cleanings, fillings, crowns, and most recently porcelein veneers. I have always been extremely pleased with his work and trust him completely to handle all my dental care. I am now living in North Raleigh but it is definitely worth the drive to have Dr. Andrews and his staff care for my teeth. I have never known a dentist office to care so much about their patients. Dr. Andrews is by far the best dentist in the triangle.

I was fortunate to find Dr. Andrews when I moved to Cary in 2000. It is a relief to have a dentist that takes the time to provide high quality work with the least amount of discomfort. The friendly professional staff ensure a relaxing visit. In addition, they have the experience and dedication to handle difficult insurance companies.

I've been a patient of Dr Andrews for over 10 years now. With 7 crowns and a bridge, let's just say that I know his work all too well. What I've learned over the years is that not all Dentists are the same. When it comes to crowns or any restorative work, one should think of their dentist as an artist. Dentisty is truly a craft, to which Dr Andrews has mastered. Very detailed. Great work. Thanks.
