Last week I stopped by the local home center for some lumber. I decided to get a new chain for my saw while I was there. Nobody in sight to help with anything. I left without a chain. I stopped by here & these guys not only sold me the right chain for my saw, but sharpened my old chain as well.The guys here know what you need & get you out quick. I've been buying parts here for over ten years & they always have what i'm looking for. Customer for life

Walked in this place ready to get a mower. Thought it'd be a good idea do buy early before the season hits. Saw three people working but they were all helping the same guy. Trying to figure out something I guess 1 or 2 of them couldn't. 20min later no one even acknowledges me. Took my business elsewhere

I went to an open house event that this business hosted in early May 2012, in the market for a commercial grade ZTR mower. I left and came back later in the day as they were preparing to close. I decided to buy a ZTR from them and filled out paperwork to take advantage of the financing options available. Well, 15 minutes later, the salesman came back to me, smiling, and said that the finance company said I had no credit history, "They said you ain't never bought nothing", were his exact words. I thought he was kidding me, but he wasn't! I pointed to my 2008 Silverado and said "I guess I didn't buy that or my house either, huh?" He just kept smiling and looking at me, so I left the store with my tail tucked between my legs. Very embarassing...... About 15 minutes later, I got a call back from the salesman saying that the finance folks had made a mistake and that I was approved and good to go. However, I was spooked a bit then, after all they let me walk without checking it out.

I looked around for a couple of weeks after that and found some good machines, but wanted to give these guys another opportunity to earn my business. I called them and spoke with the sales guy again (no name will be mentioned here), and he assured me that my business was important to them and that he would beat any price on the same equipment. I gave him what I was looking for in deck size, HP, etc, and he said he would get back with me asap with some recommended units and pricing. I am still waiting on that call............... If this is how LMS treats people looking to buy equipment from them, God help all you poor folks that are looking for support after the sale. I could never think about using these guys again.

He was able to beat every price that I found anywhere by $300 on a new Husqvarna Zero Turn mower. He told me all about it and his exact words after I agreed to purchase the mower was "if it's not what I told you it is, I will take it back and give you a full refund. This place is A++++ Thanks Don

While I can appreciate that others have had very positive experiences with Lexington Mower, my experience has been exactly the opposite.

I brought in a leaf blower to be repaired on September 24th. As it is today November 9th, and having just called them to hear that they still haven't gotten to fixing it yet, I can't say anything very good about them.

Certainly I recognize that it sometimes takes some time to get parts, etc. But when I called two weeks ago, I was told that they were waiting on a filter and filter cover. When I called today, I was told the same thing. The man on the phone said, "well, it usually takes longer for that brand." When I asked him how long it typically takes, he asked me to wait a moment. Then said, "I had to check to see the brand that you brought in." So in essence, he was just feeding me a lot of B.S. since he had no idea what brand I had, and therefore no idea how long it would normally take.

I agree with the other reviewers here that they are at least courteous. I cannot, however, agree at all that they are a good place to bring a repair to.

I bought a White riding mower from LMS about 20 years ago. It finally quit on me two years ago. I took it to be serviced 5 years ago and they forgot to sharpen the blades. I called and they said they would give me a new pair of blades if I would take the old ones off and bring them to them. They did just that. They did not apologize for the mix-up but I got new blades for free. I'm going to buy a Simplicity Axion Zero Turn from them next week.

I recently had my new mower, that was purchased new from here, serviced by Lexington Mower. It took 2 weeks and 2 days to be completed. Since this is typical of my experience here, I strongly caution anyone considering buying a mower from here. I will certainly never use Lexington Mower again for service.

This a good business to repair done to any kind of yard machine. The prices are within reason and the staff is very helpful. If they do not carry the part they will do their very best to get that part for you. The repair for your item is usually within the week unless parts are hard to get or they have to be ordered. They always let you know what's happening and it there is going to be a delay. I would recommend this business.
