Dr. Arrick and Staff are amazing. No one enjoys seeing the dentist but I tell you I enjoy seeing them and they make me feel like family.
They are concerned about all aspects of your care. They explain everything and are extremely patience. From the front office, to the technicians, to the doc, they are the best dentist I?ve ever seen. My hat goes off to them. I?ve been in their care for over a year and plan to stay!

My wisdom teeth had been hurting for a few days, when I went to see my dentist in Charlotte. He told me that he could not do the extractions and referred me to an oral surgeon in town. Once I called the office of the referred surgeon and found out the particulars required for treatment, I was very disappointed with the cost and the length of time I had to wait to be seen.

With the level of pain increasing everyday, the only other person I could think of to call was Dr. Arrick. I had been a previous patient of hers when she was in dental school and I loved her technique and calm demeanor.

Within the next two days, I drove to Raleigh and received the highest service I have ever experienced at the dentist to date. When I arrived, I was in pain and very nervous about having my wisdom teeth out, but the staff was very courteous and reassuring.

Dr. Arrick's patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made it easier for me to relax and trust that I was in good hands. Her team did everything possible to make sure I was seen in a timely fashion and that I was as comfortable as possible during the procedure.

Overall, I was so impressed with my visit that I have decided to make Arrick & Associates my new dental health care provider....even though I still live in Charlotte! They are THAT amazing!!!!

It?s tough to describe the level of service, comfort and expertise my family and I have experienced over the last five years. It started with a friendly/professional-cleaning visit. Unfortunately for us, our initial visit revealed some much needed work to be done. But, fortunately for us, they were willing to work with our personal and financial needs. The physicians were patient, yet persistent in meeting our and their desires yet at the same time providing timely treatment and care.

We couldn?t say enough about Dr. Arrick and Associates. My experience with the physicians has provided an unmatched professionalism coupled with a bedside manner that is bar none. The cleanings with the hygienists are thorough, accurate and most importantly pain free. The office staff is on point with their ability to bill my insurance up front. And let me say this, Nicole (office manager) is fantastic. In the end, we were the beneficiaries of this finely meshed operation.

I went into the office with uncertainty, a little anxiety and a whole lot of questions. All that I came out with was a lousy white smile!

I'm fortunate to have had Dr. Arrick as my dentist for almost 2 years. She and the hygienists have been unfalteringly attentive, skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable. They provide exceptionally personalized care; they are never too busy to answer questions and address my concerns. I recommend them enthusiastically.

Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, but Dr. Arrick explained the procedure to me before we started and her assistant Jessica was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The office is inviting and the rest of the staff is friendly and top notch, I recommend this office to everyone needing dental treatment!

I've always dreaded going to the dentist for anything. I've had a lot of work done in my 59 years and have never had such a good experience as when I came to Dr. Arrick. She and her staff are so friendly, kind and caring--truly interested in doing their best for their patients. They chat with you and get to know you as a person, not just as a patient. This makes you feel calm and at ease for whatever work you are going to have done. I would recommend Dr. Arrick and her "crew" to anyone who is searching for a dentist.

Dr, Arrick did a great job on fixing up my smile. My teeth used to be so c r o o k e d. She fixed my teeth and made them white too. The doctor is friendly and professional and the front desk staff are too.

This was probably the best experience I've had at a dentist. I moved here from Canada and needed a new dentist because my front veneer fell off. Dr. Arrick fixed me up as good as new. The whole staff is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. I love the fact that she explains everything she's going to do before she does it and makes sure it's ok with you. They walk you through everything. I highly recommend Dr. Arrick and her staff. The office is very bright and clean, very comfortable with all the hi tech gadget you ever want to see.

I woke up with a swollen and painful abscess and don't have a dentist in this area as I moved here less than a year ago. A friend recommended Smiles at Glenwood and I called to make an appointment. When I called they were booked solid but when I explained my condition I was told to come in and they would try to work me in. Work me in they did... and they did not rush through the appointment at all. I could not help but notice that, unlike other dental offices I've been to, they did not have a lot of people waiting in the waiting room. When I asked one of the doctors about that she said they schedule the patients by the services needed so nobody has to sit and wait if it's avoidable.
I am very impressed with this doctor! I was not expecting to get in to the office the same day I called but I was brought in immediately and was given antibiotics for the infection and a follow up visit was scheduled. I gave this review five stars as that is the maximum I could give - it really deserves ten!

Dr. Jelokhani is a lifesaver to me. I recently had a beyond horrible experience with another dentist in Cary. Dr. J fixed the mess that dentist made the best she could and the results are remarkable. And she didn't drain my wallet either!

This office is definitely worth the drive from Cary, even if you have to take the bus!!

I have, and will continue to, highly recommend Smiles at Glenwood to my friends. Dr. Arrick is wonderful -- on top of being super nice and helpful, she is an excellent dentist. I've had to see specialists for a couple of dental issues, and they were very complimentary of the work I had done at Smiles at Glenwood, noting that they knew of Dr. Arrick and considered her to be a great dentist.

The hygienists and support staff also do an excellent job and take good care of you while you're there, taking extra steps to make sure you feel comfortable. They remember me, they've stayed late for me, and they never made me feel bad for going too long without seeing a dentist!

Let's face it, going to the dentist is never on the top of list of fun things to do, but Dr. Arrick and her crew make it about as fun as it can possibly be. Professional, competent and friendly, they make an otherwise trying ordeal much more pleasant. Yesterday I chipped my tooth at lunch and they had me fixed up and grinning by 5:15 (and not one of them minded staying a few extra minutes, so I could be on my way without a return visit.) Good people.

I must say there are not very many people who enjoy the dentist but you can be assured by the time you enter the door the apprehensions will disappear. The smiles the front office delivers will begin your journey with ease. Then to the fun part - the dental hygienists have a way of sliding you in the chair, prepping you for your procedure and you will almost forget where you are. The final grand entrance of Dr. E will surely make you feel as though your next door neighbor is visiting even though a "shot" maybe involved. I would recommend Smiles at Glenwood to anyone in search of a great dental office.

I had a long fear of dentists and consequently avoided them until an urgent problem would arise. After being referred to Dr. J she developed a long range dental plan to correct my dental issues over time. I am now on maintenance and rarely miss an appointment. You don't need excuses to avoid the dentist here. She is very gentle, caring, knowledgeable and detailed. I will not go to another dentist in that she is that good at what she does. She has a very special and capable staff, too. I'm always greeted by Nicole in the front office when I arrive and checkout. Her dental assistants are very friendly, compassionate and sometimes become my hand holders. I have teenage children and husband at this practice as a testiment to how much I trust her and Dr. Arrick. Their office hours make it convenient to get in even if you work. I highly recommend this office for your dental care.

My name is Quincy and I have been going to Dr. Jelokhani for about eight years now. They have great customer service that includes but not limited to seeing me within five minutes after my scheduled appointment time, providing me an in depth progress of how I doing and giving me suggestions that will improve my overall oral health. Nicole in the front office always greets me with a smile. Andrea my dentist hygienist does an exceptional job of cleaning and answering all my questions. Dr. Jelokhani is always professional and very knowledgeable. I most definitely recommend Dr. Jelokhani for anyone looking for a great dentist that has a clean and organized office with reasonable prices.

Be careful, they might recommend the specialist to you, who was out of the network of your insurance and increased your cost.
Also, the cleaning done by nurses in their office was not good. They took short cut and reduced time of some steps compared to other dentists.
Not Recommended at all, try to find a better one.

I have followed Dr. Jelokhani from her old office to this one because she has provided great professional care! She takes extra care knowing that I've had prior bad experiences at a dentist before and also that I am sensitive to pain. All the staff is very accommodating, caring and they all go out of their way to pop in and say Hello or chat with you! Andrea is my hygienist and she does a great job and is always extremely friendly! They are also very accommodating with their schedule... when my kids are home from college, the staff always finds a way to fit them into their schedule... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I recommend this dental office to everyone! Vanessa did my exam and cleaning (poor girl, I haven't been to the dentist in 8 years!) and she did a wonderful job! The office is modern and comfortable, and the entire staff is friendly and caring. I have seen both Dr. Jelokhani and Dr. Arrick and what impressed me the most is that they take the time to explain procedures, make sure your comfortable and answer all your questions. And last but not least... they always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable from offering blankets to listening to relaxing cds! I actually look forward going to the dentist just so I can chat with the staff!!

This is a terrific dental practice. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I have dealt primarily with Andrea, Nicole, and Dr. Arrick. I have really been impressed with them. The practice as a whole is very accomodating to patients' needs and respectful of their time. I highly recommend Smiles on Glenwood. In fact, I even take my four-year old son there for his dental care -- and he loves it too. He is welcomed by name with friendly smiles, and is made to feel comfortable throughout each visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jelokhani's for almost two decades, and I must say that I have never experienced ANY medical care as professional and caring as what I have experienced at Jelokhani and Associates. Over the time I have been their patient, I have seen all three doctors on site, Dr. Jelokhani, Dr. Arrick, and Dr. Guanga, and I have always received nothing but the best treatment with the least amount of pain. The offices themselves are colorfully decorated with painted murals of tranquil scenes, easing patients into what can sometimes be nerve-wracking experience. Billing and insurance are also made easy and as painless as the dental treatments. The office staff knows the business inside and out, and are able to easily explain answers to any questions you may have. Dr. Jelokhani and her associates, along with all of the office staff, especially Nicole, have always made each and every visit a breeze. I highly recommend them for any dental care that you need, be it as routine as a check-up or something more complicated.

The price for some of the services seem to be high when comparing to my previous dentist. The staff was ok. They seem to be knowledgeable. The main problem I had was the customer service. The staff was not friendly at all. Very inflexible. They refused to provide service to me because I didn't give them my home address. They have my P.O. Box number and I offered my work address; the office also have my email address, work phone number, and cell phone. I always paid my bill before I left the office. There was never a problem with the bill. But for some unknown reason they refused to provide any more dental service to me. Welcome to America.

I have never waited in the lobby for long, have always had a pleasant staff member clean my teeth, and Dr. Jelokhani always cares about what is happening with me and my teeth. Dr. Jelokhani and her staff are fantastic! They are extremely caring and conscientious with attention to detail. I have been very happy with my choice in selecting Dr. Jelokhani to be my dentist over the past 8 years. I would recommend everyone to have Dr. Jelokhani as their dentist. I drive from Southport, NC to Raleigh, a three hour drive, for all my dental needs. I know Dr. Jelokhani and her staff care about me and make sure that I am very happy with their professional dentistry. I have had a lot of dental work done by Dr. Jelokhani and her staff and I have never experienced any pain or discomfort during any of her work. I am that person that has ALWAYS hated going to the dentist. I put it off for several years and ended up going to the Dr. Jelokhani off of another referral from a friend who also hated the dentist. Lucky for me, the entire staff from Nicole at the front to the dentists themselves were warm and friendly and whatever fears I've had have started to melt away. Because I waited so long to go to a dentist, I spent the next six months or so going to Dr. Jelokhani regularly. I ended up having a couple of root canals and crowns--with no problems.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE TO EVERYONE I MEET WHO MENTIONS A NEED FOR A DENTIST--especially those who have dental fears. I cannot think of anything bad to say about the office, the staff, or the service...I am extremely happy I was directed their way and will do whatever I have to in order to continue going...

I have been going to Smiles at Glenwood for almost three years now and continue to be impressed with the courtesy and professionalism that is omni-present. The staff is caring and thoughtful and Dr. Jelokhani has a great disposition and does great work. I especially noticed the team-like atmosphere as the dental hygenists, Dr's and staff all seem to be working in sync with one another. The office is immaculate and I have never waited for more than 5 minutes. It is also very conveniently located since i work downtown. I would recommend their practice without reservation and plan on being a loyal patient for many years to come.

Wow, what a great office! Having not been to a dentist for many, many years, I was more than a little bit apprehensive about visiting this office. To be perfectly honest, my previous visit to a dentist, who was located in another state, was horrendous, and extremely painful. As a result, I was extremely wary about visiting another dentist anytime soon. A dental emergency, however, left me no choice but to seek out an office in the area. Fortunately for me, I was lucky enough to locate this office through CitySearch. After reading through all of the glowing reviews, I was very impressed, and decided to pay them a visit. Needless to say, the office and staff are truly exceptional, and live up to every bit of praise that they've received here. They processed my claim lightning quick, and were truly sensitive to my visible apprehension, setting me at ease during entire my time with them. The office is warm and personal, and you can't help but feel welcome there. By the way, the wall murals in each cubicle are something to see, and help soothe the eyes and nerves when you're sitting in the chair.

We have been going to Jelokhani and Associates since we moved to the area eleven years ago. They are like family to us. The skill level of Dr. Jelokhani and her staff are superb. We completely trust their care treatment plans and recommendations. The entire office staff is considerate and responsive. I commend their professionalism and their combined abilities to maintain an atmosphere that is friendly, kind, and upbeat. I have been a patient of Dr. Jelokhani's for over 12 years and my experience there has been nothing but the best. There staff bends over backwards for their patients. The office staff is excellent. They help me to understand the way my insurance works. Not only to I get friendly reminder calls for appointments but I am also sent a postcard to remind me as well. Since I have been a patient there, I have had a lot of work done. I have had no problems with any of the work. I have seen both Dr. Jelokhani and Dr. Arrick and I have had the best results from the work that was performed.

This office is fantastic! After going several years without dental care due to not having insurance, I became patient here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The ladies up front took the time to explain the costs to me before I went back, which is important when you're paying for it yourself! The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very gentle, and afterwards I could really tell the difference. When Dr. Jelokhani examined my teeth, she explained that I had two small cavities. I was a little nervous about getting my first fillings at 25, but the whole procedure was quick and painless; I didn't even feel the shot! I haven't had any problems whatsoever with any of the work I've received at this office. I'd recommend them to anyone. Dr. Jelokhani and her staff truly care about their patients' health and comfort.

Dr. Arrick is "best in class"

If you are looking for an absloutely "SUPERB EXPERIENCE" at the dentist's office, then you need to look no further than Smiles at Glenwood. Believe me these folks understand what good service is and demonstrate it in the way that they execute their craft.

For starters, the atmosphere is one of utmost profesionalism yet extremely warm and friendly. The overall staff is very attentive and has you feeling that you know them on your very first visit. They take a real interest in being thorough and outline the most appropriate treatment plan for your specific needs.

I have lived in several sectors of the country and having seen a number of Dentist in my time. I can tell you that Dr. Arrick is the cream at the top of the barrel!

I don't know where to begin. I have put off a search for a new dentist for a while. My old dentist was just wonderful (but located in Goldsboro) and I dreaded having to get the search for a new one started. Unfortunately I had no choice when I lost a filling a few weeks ago so I started the search! I looked at dozens of dentists and I wanted one that was close to my work. When I came across Jelokhani & Associates in City Search - I knew that I had found the place and after my visit yesterday - I am even more sure! I scheduled what I thought would be a first time consultation but it was so much more. Dr. Candice Arrick was my dentist and I could not have asked for a better bedside manner - she was kind and really wanted to put me at ease - which is not always easy with the dentist! The staff was so nice - everyone from the hygenist to the receptionist to the trainees that I got to meet. What is even more amazing is that I got their undivided attention - at one time I had 5 people taking care of me! I figured that my filling would have to be fixed at another appointment but no - Dr. Arrick said that she was going to fix it temporarily - especially since I was going on vacation soon. I was so pleased. This staff is very professional and they use the latest technology! Andrea was my hygenist and was so helpful and caring as well. She even offered to let me watch TV while I waited for the doctor! Stephanie and Nicole have been helpful with insurance needs and payment plans - it just seems like the whole office is really looking after me! I feel like I have found a new home. I just hope that someone who reads this and is looking for a new dentist will call Jelokhani & Associates - I think they are the best. I am going to recommend them to my co-workers and to anyone else who asks. Thanks again.

I like to take this time to thank the whole staff for over 8 yrs of outstanding serviceson my mouth. My two young boys 4 and 7 enjoy coming to your office. Dr. Jelokhani & all the staff at Smiles at Glenwood are great! I sincerely appreciate the fact that each person in this office treat you with respect and are genuinely concerned about you. Each time I have had to visit Dr. Jelokhani's office, either for a cleaning or for a crown, they made sure I could not feel any pain and even let me watch my favorite soap on TV! Neither of my boys (16 & 10) complain about going to the dentist anymore, that's a miracle! Nicole and all the administrative staff are extremely helpful and make sure you get the most from your insurance. They make sure you understand the dental work that is needed and explain the cost up front. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone with absolute confidence you will be pleased!

I have now been going to their office for over a year now and they are very friendly and helpful. Going to Smiles at Glenwood is the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had (and I am not a big fan of visiting the dentist). The office personnel are always very friendly and helpful (especially with insurance - which is a big plus), the hygenists are nice (and gentle!!) and Dr. J is always cheerful and professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Jelokhani for about seven years and I have always received the best of care from her and her staff. I first went to Dr. Jelokhani for a fractured tooth and it turned out that I needed a root canal. I never had a root canal before and was dreading this procedure, but Dr. J and her staff made me feel very comfotable and the I didn't have any pain or problems.

I have gone to Dr. J on different occasions with problems and each and every time she has fixed the problem.

If you are are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend Dr. Jelokhani. Her office is conveniently located in Raleigh and she and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Jelokhani and her staff. Since our move to the Raleigh area about 3 years ago, my husband and I have been going to her dentistry. We were recommended to her by a friend, and feel so lucky to have found her. She and her staff have made each visit a pain free and calming experience. After several treatment sessions, I can say that Dr. J is a highly skilled and professional dentist who not only cares about the appearance of ones teeth, but also their health and durability. Making appointments and filing insurance claims couldnt be easier or more organized. Its important how they work with my schedule, call for check-ups and appointment reminders, and let me know in detail exactly what needs to be done with my teeth. Each staff member does a remarkable job in whatever they do and I always leave with a smile on my face. I really feel like they go out of their way to make our visit such a pleasant experience each and every time.

Jelokhani & Associates were recommended to me nearly two years ago, in the middle of a health crisis which indirectly affected my teeth, coming as a side-effect from med's associated with a more serious disease. Over the past 23 months, and more than a 15 visits, I have been treated, on the one hand, with a level of courtesy & professionalism seldom seen anywhere; and, on the other, with the sort of kindness, caring, and concern not found in any Going Business Concern of any variety today, let alone in any outfit having to do with [so-called] *Health Care*. Procedures performed have included diagnosis and guidance towards resolution of severe gum problems, maintenance of deteriorated crowns, filling replacements, and--despite widespread problems--only one extraction (which was handled with the utmost of kindness, care & gentleness by both Doctors and Assistants. From the outset, a comprehensive Dental Care Plan was built and executed carefully, step by step, and now approaches completion. My 23 month's experience with Jelokhani & Associates has introduced me to nearly all the Doctors & Assistants, and I should also make mention of an outstanding Reception & Appointments Staff, too, the likes of which one won't easily find anywhere else. In all, this is a Classy, Top-Notch Operation, mainly because of the true professionals involved-! I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone, regardless of age, circumstances, or walks-of-life. They're simply the best-! Grade A+ (Rating: 10 on 10).

Dr. J and her staff are professional, courteous and caring. I have been going to Dr. J for six years and have been very pleased with my experience. Everyone is friendly and they treat you like family. Her practice is quite sophisticated and uses new, advanced equipment. The office is convenient to downtown Raleigh and I am able to schedule visits at times around my schedule. Visits are quick, with no delays.

I am a graduate student with no dental insurance. When I needed immediate dental service for a chipped tooth I looked for a place with a payment plan. I found Jelokhani & Associates. I went, applied for credit, and was able to get my tooth fixed with no upfront cost to me. I had no plans on becoming a regular customer but EVERYONE (from the receptionist, office manager, hygienists, and doctors) was honestly friendly and I have found it easy to trust them with all my dental needs. Dr. Arrick has wonderful bed-side manner and she shows that she genuinely cares about me and my dental health.

The biggest fears about the dentist's office are pain and cost. This staff takes care of you from beginning to end; there is no pain and the costs can be handled! One of the things that surprised me about the office is that all the doctors are women; I love it! As a aspiring professional woman I am happy to give my business to other professional women who do their job so well. If your are looking for a pain free, delightful time at the dentist office Jelokhani & Associates is the place to be!

Cons: There's no time to read the magazines in the waiting room b/c you get in to see the dentist so fast!!!
