Had a wonderful experience with these guys. From the telephone reservation to the carpet cleaning, everything was done friendly and professionally, and I like the fact that they are a locally owned business. They showed up on time, and cleaned the carpet in no time at all. The carpets came out beautifully, and at a great price.
Will use again for carpet and upholstery.

they showed up more than an hour late, but did a good job on cleaning the carpet and a couple mattresses. after they left I noticed some damage on the carpet where a thread had been ripped out. when I told them about it they sent me a check of $25 to "make me happy". overall, I am satisfied; they appear to be quite serious about developing a loyal customer base.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and the cleaning that was done on my townhome. We have a little one and their were milk stain/ juice and food stains that was embedded in the carpet. We have someone come to clean our carpet 7 months prior and the floor looked the same after drying. With Sano Steam the carpet was steam cleaned and rinsed thoroughly during the process. The technicians explained each process step by step in a friendly and courteous manner. They were well educated of the company and the product. I was so impressed that I schedual my office carpet to get clean.

We have rental properties and have used Sano Steam Carpet Cleaning several times. They are prompt, courteous, helpful and best of all do a GREAT JOB! They are very good at following up with their clients and guaranteeing satisfaction!

I have lived many places and had carpet, rugs, and furniture, cleaned many times by many different companies. The best I have had is this one. The men they sent knew what they were doing and got right to work. The price was right, too. They didn't miss anything. Use them, you'll see.

As owners of quite a few rental properties, we often need professionals we can count on to keep our properties looking good. Sano Steam has alway been there when we need them with prompt service, friendly personnel and high quality work. We never hesitate to call them with any questions concerning carpet cleaning, duct cleaning or water extraction and drying proceedures. Every job they have completed for us has left a good impression, and for that reason, we will continue to always use their services.

Great service! Highly Recommended: Very professional business. The estimate meeting was very thorough and they gave a demonstration of their service. They explained exactly what happens and then count the rooms for the estimate. The cleaners were very professional and had our house done in about 2 hours. The carpets look great and feel very clean. No having to wait for them to dry afterward. After the cleaning they walked us through the house to make sure that everything looked good and that we were satisfied. Then, later in the day, they called back to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Very thorough and professional company that made the carpet cleaning process easy and painless. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting their carpets cleaned. We will look to use them in the future

My hot water heater busted and leaked all over my house and seeped up into my walls, etc. Pretty bad news. Called them and they came quickly and were very helpful and professional and most of all took charge and took care of the problem. They helped with dealing with the insurance company, too. Good guys.

They were prompt,courteous and did a nice job.
They did a great job. The carpets were really in bad shape before. Also, the transaction was very easy. Great job overall.
They showed up late. However, they did an expert job and finished earlier than estimated. During the process to remove a floor vent near our computer they disconnected a wire to a USB port. It took me about 1/2 hour to locate the problem and reconnect the wire. Although they accept credit card payments, I found the process cumbersome. They could improve their service by accepting credit cards directly.

Wow! What a difference in my carpet. The team was professional, and extremely thorough. I asked if they could steam clean my Acura MDX carpet which was in horrible shape, and the flooring now looks brand new! Thank you very much for a job well done.
The carpets and sofa were so dirty, I thought there was no way they would be able to get them clean (college student house). They came on time and did a wonderful job. The sofa looks perfect and there was only one small stain that they could not get out of the carpet. Unbelievable! I would definitely use them again.

They Start By Cleaning All the duct work, sucked all the dust from top of my cabinet, walls and services. hepa vacummed my mattresses, upholstrey furniture and then cleaned my carpet. they called it "Dust Out" I called it Custom Sanitary Cleaning. I was amazed when the translation for sano was sa-no; "clean" (sanitary) custom job. Rarely used now.

I have a sofa, loveseat, and 2 matching chairs that I have had for about 4 years. I have also had little kids and dogs for about 4 years that like to make my furniture dirty. I was having them come out to clean my carpet and mentioned I was replacing my furniture and the guy at the office suggested I let them try cleaning it for me first. After they did one cushion from the couch I had to have them do the entire set--IT LOOKED GREAT! Oh yeah, and the carpet looked great as always, too. Anyway, thanks a lot guys--you saved me from spending about $3000.00 on new furniture and I got to keep my favorite chair.
