This daycare has been wonderful for my children and very reasonable. They helped them to become ready for Kindergarten by helping them to learn the basic of their alphabets and numbers. I will recommend this school to my friends and to any young mother.

We recently moved to Charlotte and I was worried about finding child care for my son that would be enjoyable and learning . We found it!!!
The teachers are loving and care for the children. My son is learning so much.
The owner is always on site and she has helped me so much regarding local child topics.
A neighborhood in Cameron Woods recommended them and I am so thankful.
Pros: Teacher is great, Owner is very knowledgeable, Weekly music program is great!

My son loves Primrose. He has been at the Primrose school for over 1 year. The teachers are very caring and show him a lot of love. I find them to be knowledgeable about child development.
They have many programs they bring in for the children - Music, Fun bus and others.
They had a Primrose review and informed the parents they continue to rate excellent. In addition, they are a North Carolina 5 star school. I see them performing many interactive programs so I think they are related to the many accreditation programs they are involved in.
I recommend them to all my friends.
Pros: Great teachers
Cons: Limited openings

My daughter loves the school and does not want to go home at the end of the day. My daughter has been at Primrose for 3 years since she was an infant. I have found the teachers to be great. My daughter has learned so much with the Primrose program.
The management has been great with child care questions. They are truly experts.
They are a 5 star school and National SACS/CITA so they are very good with child care.
Pros: Teachers are great;management is very knowledgeable
Cons: waiting list in some rooms

My friend just had a bad experience with this one. Due to lack of availabity at the child care center of her choice, she began to use this center. After her child being bitten multiple times a month for 6 months straight without explainations of policies, steps they take to try to minimize, or even any notice that an event of any kind had occured some times, she located a different center she was more comfortable with, and gave her required 2 week notice. Upon coming in the next day, she discovered they had changed her passcode so she couldn't get in, and when she went to the office to discuss it with them, and explained that the new center wouldn't take her for another two weeks, they simply replied, I'm sure they could fit you in, with no offer of letting her use the last two weeks at the center. She finally convinced them to let her use it for just that day so she could get to work & locate another option for the next few weeks. Doesn't sound like a place I'd be comfortable caring for my child.
Pros: No waiting list, able to take us right away.
Cons: Unprofessional, lack of concern for issues encountered.
