I had a wonderful experience buying my 2013 Buick Verano at Team Auto Group. I live in Chapel Hill which is 90 miles away and ended up at Team Auto because the Internet Manager, Keith Brown, responded quickly to my request for information.

Do not buy a car from Team Chevrolet. They have deceotive practices and do not stand by their customers after the sale.

I had my SUV here to have fuel pump replaced only because I was able to have a lifetime warranty if the Chevy dealer did it as opposed to a local shop with a one year warranty only. After this was done at a cost of $900 they tried telling me I needed another $700 worth of repairs, most urgent they said was the idler arm (part of steering mechanism), they told me it was VERY LOOSE AND A SAFETY HAZARD. I new I could do this myself so I passed on all other recommended repairs, I've given them enough money for the fuel pump. I got the parts to replace idler arm myself and got under the truck and saw nothing loose at all. Took it to two local shops and they both said absolutely nothing wrong, everything good and solid. I know GM is struggling and desperate to make money but trying to extort $700 for repairs that have no need to be done is rediculous. Usually I expect them to try and sell me an air filter or something like that but give me a break with the expensive repairs they tried to suggest, this day and age, they would be better off being honest and maybe get repeat business, I had heard bad things about them but it is the only Chevy dealer in the area and I needed the fuel pump done, this is the last time I hope to deal with them and would suggest the 30 minute drive to another Chevy dealer if possible, assuming you are not being towed like me. The only positive is that they did properly fix the fuel pump, although very expensive.

Pros: Replaced part in timely manner and gave courtesy ride to me and my children

Cons: Tried to extort and extra $700 in repairs not necessary when getting 2nd and third opinion, good thing I passed on said repairs

They do not care about there customers. Nothing but lies! Would not recomend a vehicle to anyone. After purchasing my truck and doing research I see other reviews from other sites where others were told nothing but lies such as false advertisement and wished I done my research before I bought the truck. I was told the fluids was topped off. WHy did I have to have someone else flush out the collant since it needed to be flushed out. Was very brown and smelled very bad. I also had to buy power steering fluid since it was not close to full. I was told by salesman and finance manager that the truck would be full of fuel and also would be sent to detail shop. When I picked up the truck it was not cleaned on the inside and the fuel was not full. It was still on empty. I told the finance manager and he went to get a ticket for it. When he came back I was told ""since you got it at such a good deal we cant fill it up"" which if they did it was a tax write off for them anyways. I went to tag office a week later to pick up mytag and they told me that the dealership should have it. I explainedt hey are full of lies and dont know whoto believe and sure as heck wont be them. Well few days later I got a surprising call that the tag was in. When I picked up the tag I asked where was detail shop. I was told it was right behind the office building. So I went where I was told and there again another lie. IT was farther on down the lot at the opposite location I was told. I had detail shop to go ahead and take there advertisment of my truck and then went back to office and canceled gap insurance, so they wouldnt get any benefit from me having it through them and bought the gap insurance from my insurance agent. I called a few days ago to speakwith the owner in regards to this situation. Go figure, had to leave a message onthe voicemail, and never got a call back. Goes to show the owner does not care about his business in my opinion and also there customers.

Pros: Pulled truck under overhang during rain so I wouldnt get wet and didnt have to walk in rain

Cons: Nothing but lies! They will tell you anything they can to make money.
